The space
Villa Regina Rossa presents two semi-detached accommodations—one larger 3-level residence with five bedrooms and an adjoined smaller 2-level one with three bedrooms. Secluded atop a gentle hill and amidst a 7-acre olive grove, it gazes directly upon the Ionian Sea on Corfu's northern coast, just 1.5 km from the beach. The villa is nestled outside a quaint Corfiot village and near summer resorts like Roda, Acharavi, Kassiopi, and Sidari.
With a maximum capacity of 16 guests and the bedrooms spread across different levels, many with private balconies, this high-end residence is ideal for large groups who are holidaying together but are looking for some private corners as well. Regina Rossa has been meticulously crafted with a keen eye for detail, setting a unique standard for high-quality and rejuvenating getaways.
Exterior Features
As you step outside, the enchanting outdoor spaces on the second level unfold before you. A stunning 60 sq.m infinity heated pool, with both shallow and deep sections, is surrounded by a stone-paved terrace complete with comfortable shaded sun-loungers, inviting you to unwind and enjoy. Nearby, there is a ping-pong table and a BBQ area that awaits for memorable outdoor cooking experiences. A dining area conveniently located by the main kitchen and a cozy outdoor lounge area outside of the living room, offer perfect spots to take in the breathtaking sea views, creating an idyllic setting for alfresco moments.
Second Level (main entrances & pool level)
As you step into the villa on the second and main level, a world of indoor elegance unfolds. Here, you'll find the uniquely designed full kitchen, a delightful dining area, the spacious inviting living room with an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere and a convenient WC. In the smaller house, there is a secondary kitchen - living room, and yet another smaller dining area. Additionally, there are two bedrooms—a double and a twin one, sharing a lovely bathroom and a cosy veranda with elevated sea and mountain views.
First Level
On the first level, at the end of a short hallway, you will be welcomed by a cosy suite with a double and twin bedroom sharing an impeccable bathroom with a bathtub. In the same hallway, you will also find a convenient luggage storeroom and a laundry room for all your laundry needs. Moreover, in the adjoining house, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower offering ample privacy.
Third Level
As you move upstairs from the living room of the main house, you find yourselves in another private retreat within the villa. Discover the master bedroom with a private veranda overlooking the sea and pool, a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a rejuvenating shower. This level also features two more bedrooms, a double and a single one, which share one bathroom with a bathtub and a large balcony with panoramic, elevated views of the sea.
