A bit out of the way, but offered good parking, so if you have a car, its nicely located if you want to get into Cork and the price is more reasonable than other hotels in Cork. However, there is not much to do in the immediate area.

Very clean, very polite and knowledgeable about the area Room 104 did have a vent fan not working and slow drain that caused the floor to be slippery, but was otherwise a peaceful room. 360 Elevator was under repair but other one was functioning and not a long wait.

Rooms are a bit tight, especially for 3 adults, although they have a proper double bed and a single. Gets rather warm in the room and with no AC it was a bit stuffy. The hotel is a fair distance from the city as well, so not the best for a holiday stay.

On Expedia the property is listed as having a swimming pool and gym. Turns out it's not part of the hotel and you have to pay extra to use the facilities. This wasn't communicated anywhere on Expedia.
