We had an amazing view from our room and Gabriella was fantastic. The gym connected to the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hotel restaurant and bar were fantastic. Plenty of walkable cafes and pubs close by.

Outside of hotel and lounge areas are the nicest part of the hotel. Carpet throughout each floor is pretty gross, needs replaced. Rooms are average, nothing too great about them aside from water pressure being really great in shower/bathtub.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very convenient location for getting around Cork on foot. Did not try the restaurant, but enjoyed the amenities in the executive lounge (coffee, snacks). Very nice, comfortable room.
