Approximately 450 feet to the beach access 400 feet to the lake and less than ¼ mile to the community pool and tennis court, what could be better?

Built by Shoreline Builders, this home includes 6 bedrooms (5 are masters), 6 ½ baths, an elevator, a separate rec room with a pool table, as well as a mid-level sitting area, a hot tub, and a heated private pool ($350 weekly fee for heating), a reversed living/great room and kitchen and plenty of outdoor living spaces!
Bright and full of charm, this Ocean Lakes home is located on a lot that backs up to a permanent open space with views of the ocean and lake. This home is kid-friendly!

The private pool area includes plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a tiki bar. A large outdoor turf area allows for plenty of space for your entire group. Outdoor speakers allow you to enjoy great music while relaxing by the pool or grilling on the gas grill. Also, there is a 34" TV in the tiki bar!! The pool is open through Thanksgiving and can be heated for an additional fee!

The mid-level offers decks to enjoy various outdoor seating arrangements as well as relaxing in the mid-level hot tub. Completing this floor is a sitting area for separate relaxation with a TV/DVD combo, and board games for all ages.

The dining area has a large table for family and friends to gather, as well as access to the large upper deck with plenty of seating, ocean views, and outdoor speakers. There is a well-stocked kitchen with lots of cabinets, a large island with additional seating, a 2nd sink, and its own deck. A large refrigerator with 2 ice makers, a double oven with a range, microwave, dishwasher, and a separate pantry/buffet area combine to create a great kitchen. The living area has a large SMART TV and DVD player, stereo, and an elevator!

Nice stay
The location of the house was great - only a short drive to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach wasn't far and easy enough to do with kids. Overall the house was good but you could tell it was end-of-season - things seemed pretty dirty in the kitchen and the house could use a good coat of paint as well as a deep clean. The pool was a great area to have! I would stay here again.

Family Vacay
Our family vacay was a success! We enjoyed every single thing about this house. Room for our family if 9 to spread out for plenty of rest. There were a few issues that were to be expected at the end of a busy season like air filters needing to be changed or possibly just cleaning the air vents. There were a couple pieces of patio furniture that were broken but we let maintenance know and they came out the next day and removed them. The elevator was a blessing to us all. Fully and I mean FULLY stocked kitchen! We cooked meals each night so we were glad to have everything we needed.

Great beach house!
We loved our stay at Knotty by Nature. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, was just a 5 min walk to the beach! The only changes I would make are to invest in a new coffee pot, the one there was very fickle and consider ways to accommodate more people with comfortable furniture in the main living room. Overall is was a great experience and would highly recommend.

Nice property, elevator made it very convenient for the older folks with mobility issues. Lower level king mattress could certainly use an upgrade or some sort of foam topper. Grill worked well and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with necessary items. Pool area was nice and clean.

Great house. Great Location. Great Thanksgiving.
Overall a great experience. There were a couple minor things that didnt work well, but to be expected with a large house during a holiday week (ie freezer, toaster, can-opener, dish washer). i am sure if we called they would have fixed/ replaced. One change would be slighly larger couch.

Great house
We had our extended family of 13 stay here and it never felt crowded. House was clean. The elevator was great for my 85 year old mom. The pool was used every day and night! We were a short walk to the beach access and we used the cabana service daily, which made it a lot easier! Would definitely come back to this house.

We loved the pool and the safety of the backyard access to the pool. The walk to the beach was longer than the time listed and the steps were steep. Overall the house was clean and we had a great stay

Fun Holiday Stay
House was clean and presented as per the listing. Management company was very prompt in fixing a couple issues (Doorknob in kitchen to front porch was broken, prep sink needed fixing, hot tub cleaning which we think was not cleaned prior to our arrival). The house could use additional comfy seating in the living room, space for (6) folks is not enough in a house this size. Could use a large sofa for all to sit. Otherwise house was very dog friendly and the location close to the beach and grocery shopping was nice. In addition, the elevator was used a ton since the main living area is on the top floor.

Beautiful home and pool. Pool was not cleaned on Wednesday as noted. Ants all over. Construction was terrible for the dogs. Mainly a good stay. It should be noted that it’s not just a .2 mile walk to the beach but over 50 stairs to get to the beach and no handicapped access. Couldn’t take wagon or beach cart.

Overall, nice for a rental property.
House was spacious with plenty of room for all guests. Pool and tiki bar are nice touch. Bedrooms well furnished. Cleaners could do a better job. Sand all over when we arrived. Other then the sand, fairly clean.

Best vacation ever
The house was great. Really enjoyed the sunrises through the large windows every morning. We used the elevator more than I thought we would. The hot tub and heated pool were a big hit. The house was very quiet at night. Slept better there than at home.

Great week away!
We had a great time staying here. Was only disappointed in our pool. We paid for it to be heater but it never seemed to get warm. We had a few small issues with electrical stuff that was fixed right away! Would definitely rent again!

the property was very nice and comfy. biggest problem was that we was given the wrong code for the door entrance. it was after hours when we got there and we didn't have the email with us that had the after hours emergency contact number. after an hour we of trying to get in, we were able to find a number get help. yes we were in a panic. so my advice is to bring all emails and call and verify the code has all numbers with the * #. ours didn't. the family staying next door had the same problem. the set up for the tv in the living room was so complicated and without instructions that we couldn't use it. bummer. as far as the area goes, very nice. the sunset over the sound was great.

Deceptive Photos Hid Grim
The photos did not begin to show the wear and tear in this property. From stained, major kitchen grim to furniture, grill filled with thousands of dead flies, to filthy woodwork all dampened our stay. The house is so close to the neighbors that there was little or no peaceful quiet times. We had to call police two times to deal with crowded rowdy houses on either sides.

Great way to be socially distant
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room to spread out and each family had their own level. The elevator came in handy when bringing luggage or groceries in. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The proximity to the beach was great. My kids also enjoyed fishing in the lake. While the house was clean, some details were overlooked. There were many items left behind from previous guests under the bed and on the side of washing machine. Overall, we enjoyed our time together with our family in this house.
