My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were satisfied with our visit. The breakfast buffet was impressive….and the staff was very attentive and friendly There are 2 issues that we were not happy with. After driving 10 hours….when we arrived…..there was no one at the desk for us to get checked in. I waited 10 minutes before anyone appeared. I understand if there is a need for the clerk to attend to other tasks…..but at least leave a note……or have a bell that can notify them of a customer who needs to be taken care of. Second….I know that your hotel allows pets. Maybe the pet owners could be roomed on one level….to allow the pet less guests some peace and quiet. The couple that were in the room right next to us…..left their 2 dogs alone in their room while they were gone for about an hour. These 2 dogs need nothing but bark or cry the entire time the owners were gone. Not a pleasant way to start your day.

This hotel was a great stay. Right next to the beach. Very comfortable room, quiet and clean, nice staff. Breakfast was better than most Hotel breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great property, the rooms were clean and pretty well maintained. Our shower had a crack at the shower curtain level that we reported. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was professional, only thing was the walkway to the beach was in need of some shoveling as it was packed with sand. Great lazy river, indoor and outdoor pool and spa were good. Definitely would reccomend

It was a good place to stay for a couple of days. You could see the ocean from our room, and we had a balcony. The rooms need updating, but it wasn’t too bad for the price. We needed to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating, and we were able to stay in the same room.

We arrived late due to unforseen circumstances, but i had called several times beforehand, and was reassured there would be someone at the desk all night. There was not. I was told by staff that late checkout would be available. At 830 am, they told me they do not do that. We also had to use our own sheets, as the ones they provides were stained. Its in a nice location, but the staff, room and business practices are enough to make me want to tell everyone to stay away

One of the nicer Hampton Inn’s I have stayed as it’s located right on the beach. The hotel really could use a restaurant and bar as there are no food and beverage options within walking distance of the hotel. They did have a decent breakfast buffet. And, the hotel has a lot of amenities although the entire place is in great need of a makeover and facelift. Everything looks tired and 25 years old. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed having a balcony that overlooked the ocean and bay. I used the pantry every day for snacks and quick meals.
