Treat your loved ones and yourself to a magical getaway in Corpus Christi at this three-story townhouse located in the Los Balcones complex! This retreat is dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your family dogs to your next adventure. The main entrance will lead you to the first floor of the home, where you can find a full bathroom. In order to find the main living space, you have to climb up a flight of stairs. There, you will discover an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is appointed with a comfortable sofa and sofa chair and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a full-size fridge and a dishwasher. The dining table has two large benches, fitting four people. This is a great place for family meals and game nights, considering this retreat has board games available. Adjoining the kitchen is a second living area with another sofa and flatscreen TV. Enjoy great views of the complex from a private balcony located off of the dining area. On this level, you can discover a half bathroom for added convenience and a small laundry nook with a washer/dryer combo.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two full bathrooms. The main and guest bedrooms both have flatscreen TVs and access to a second balcony. However, the key difference is that the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
