Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

The Oasis is a beautifully furnished, one bedroom condominium in the heart of Cinnamon Shore North's Town Center! This delightful and serene 1st floor unit features 10 ft. ceilings, tile flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. Enjoy visiting at the large granite island while the chef of the family prepares your "catch of the day". A lovely courtyard patio is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening after a long day on the beach! You are close to all of the community treasures, such as the golf-cart accessible beach cross-overs, the Dune Pool with fitness center, Keira's pool featuring the C Bar cafe, 2 fishing ponds, Dylan's Pizzeria, the coffee shop, and our fine dining restaurant Lisabellas- all right here. Just a few minutes away is the quaint little town of Port A where bay and deep sea fishing trips may be chartered. Cozy winter stay at Cinnamon Shores.
What a great way to enjoy Port Aransas with out the crowds. The weather could not have been more perfect ,cool but sunny.We enjoyed walking the beach and collecting intact sea shells ! Visited friends in Rockport but looked forward to returning to our condo .Just what I needed for recharge and reflection.Pool was heated but never made it there.

Perfect Mother Daughter Trip
Great location, within walking distance of the beach. Very clean and well stocked. Stayed for a weekend with my teenage daughter and it was perfect for us. The only negative was the lights outside the master bedroom are very bright at night, but that’s the layout of the building, nothing the property owner can do about it. I’ll bring a sleep mask next time!

Nice preseason visit to Cinnamon Shores
We visited Cinnamon Shores in early May since our children spoke so highly of it. We were there from a Mon-Fri. The condo we stayed in was the perfect size for 2 people (or possibly a young family of 4). It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the patio door- the door hinge was broken and difficult to lock so we didn’t use the patio (but would have liked to - it’s a nice spot to sit and read in the morning or evening). Our only other issue was with the sleeper sofa in the living room - ouch, so uncomfortable to sit on! And there was only one other chair, so one of us had to sit there if we wanted to watch tv. I’m not sure if it is comfortable as a bed, but the sofa is not. Hopefully the owner will consider replacing that for future guests. The resort property is great, especially for families. We checked out all of the pools and many of the restaurants- all great! Easy to rent beach umbrellas and chairs, and fun to drive around in the golf cart! Overall, definitely recommend the resort and this condo. Thanks for a nice visit!

Very nice condo in the center circle
This unit was just as advertised. Right across from Lisabellas and the check in process was very easy. It’s a first floor unit and the people directly above us were noticeable but not disruptive so overall we were happy and would stay here again.

1st Family trip to Port A
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the amenities and that it was located walking distance to the beach along with the close restaurant options. Super easy check in and out. Close driving distance to the Port A marina and Corpus Christie. We will definitely be back to Port A and the Oasis at Cinnamon Shores.

Cinnamon Shore is a beautiful property. You could literally not leave and have all your vacation needs met. Great restaurants, market, three pools, golf cart rentals, steps to the beach. It is well done.

Responsive owner, but housekeeping and maintenance will keep me from returning.
These are factual statements. I don't have any issues with the owner or the overall condo. Housekeeping was in there an hour past check in. We thought we were in the wrong place when we arrived since people were inside talking. They left all the towels in the unit dying. It took me 4 more drying cycles that evening to have towels to bathe with. The dryer needs maintenance and didnt seem to vent. The next morning I woke up and found I slept on gum stuck to the top sheet and had to make the bed again. Freezer ice maker was broken with no note. We tried to use it and it froze the door shut. Bathroom towel rack couldn't be used it was falling out of the wall. The rules are to leave the place how you find it, although you have a cleaning fee. That means dishes, stripping linens, trash... I didn't mind, but know that before coming. I did dishes on the way out and realized the housekeepers didn't unwrap the dish soap pack and found it jammed in the soap tray, which means we used dirty dishes the whole stay. The owner said she felt bad and refunded the cleaning fee. We booked this place since we were told the dune pool was heated and it's an awesome pool. Very disappointed it was not and another small crowded pool was. Also the beach walks are 3 stories high incase you have mobility issues. The plus was bed was comfortable and it was well stocked and quiet. Nice hot showers, cable, and games to play. Cute property. Overall, I would have booked another place for the price. Maybe with new housekeeping and maintenance this could be a great summer rental. We went for our ten year anniversary, but I wouldn't put much more than two people in there. Also there are stickers on the property of you have pets.
