Bimini's All 4 Sea-Suns is located on a canal just a short boat ride from the Rockport Beach Park public boat ramp. Enjoy the convenience of a private boat dock, boat lift and fish cleaning stand with power and water just steps from the back door. There are so many wonderful features to this home. Spend your time relaxing and entertaining in the beautiful back yard complete with an outdoor bar area, mini fridge, charcoal grill, outdoor TV and blue tooth speakers. You can also spend the evenings roasting marshmallows and telling stories around the gas-powered fire pit under the beautiful Rockport sky. There are several outdoor patio tables and chairs for your enjoyment as well. The swimming pool is heated during the fall and winter months. This canal front swimming pool has two in pool bar areas and even includes water features creating a very relaxing atmosphere. There is plenty of outdoor lighting for nighttime festivities. Make use of the large ice machine and extra fridge downstairs and keep all your vacation beverages iced down and cold. There is also a set of corn hold boards, large outdoor Jenga and Connect Four for additional outdoor fun!

Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed by an abundance of natural lighting, a fabulous, vaulted ceiling and crisp coastal decor that instantly sets the tone for a wonderful Key Allegro getaway. Natural lighting fills the room with two sets of French doors that open to the porch and offer access to a lovely upper deck with magnificent views down the canal. We understand that sometimes work follows you. No problem at Bimin's All 4 Sea-Suns! Just pull up a chair to your very own desk area and catch up on those emails before you jump in the pool. The master bedroom is also located upstairs and has a king-size bed along with a closet and dresser for all your vacation attire. Enjoy easy access to the upper deck via the French doors. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and large vanity offering plenty of room for guests during their stay. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed along with closet space and a television. The third bedroom has two pyramid bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. These two bedrooms share a jack and jill style bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen-size bed along with a bathroom that has a walk-in shower as well. There is not an internal staircase to this bedroom.

The living room and dining room have an open concept with plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. The dining table will seat six (6) with room for two (2) more at the bar area. There is a large flat screen tv in the living area with ROKU. You can also log in to your favorite streaming app during your stay. Cooking during your stay will be a breeze in this kitchen. It is also fully stocked with most kitchen wares and offers a dishwasher, microwave, and regular Mr. Coffee coffee pot. Guests will also have access to the garage for parking and storing your items during your stay. The laundry room is located downstairs. This room opens to the back patio and offers extra room for storage of your pool accessories or kayaks.
