MAIN LIVING SPACE: A large sectional sofa facing a wall-mounted TV anchors the main living area, which flows back to the dining area and kitchen. A round table seats up to six, and there’s bar-stool seating at the kitchen island. Stainless appliances and every gadget you’ll need make meal prep easy, and the kitchen offers bonus storage and built-in nooks for beach gear during your stay.
From the main living space, step out to balcony and relax on rockers as you enjoy Town Center views.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: A queen bedroom featuring coral and “beach life” motifs serves as the primary bedroom. A spacious bunk room sleeps up to seven, with two twin bunks plus a twin-over-full bunk. The shared bathroom features dual sinks with spacious countertop, a walk-in shower, and separate water closet—so it’s easy to share.
GREAT FEATURES: You’ll appreciate having a dedicated parking spot and elevator access. The laundry closet offers stacked washer/dryer, shelving for folding towels and clothes, and convenient ironing board storage. From here, cross the street for Town Center fun during holidays and high season, or walk over to Dylan’s pizzeria, Shore Café, or Lisabella’s. And the beach is just a stroll or golf cart ride away over the private dune crossover.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
South Pier is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering South Pier the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
