Introducing Casita Margarita 3VW. This cute casita has plenty sleeping room to bring the whole family. The downstairs has the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom and a full bath. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of twin bunks and the second bedroom has two full size. There are 2 heated community pools in this subdivision! Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.STR#377658
Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Casita Margarita VW3 provides 3 paved parking spaces all in the driveway for 3 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 3 spaces.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 3. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

The House was just as described. My family was very happy with my choice. They were able to accommodate all of my family and even my fur baby. We stayed there for 5 days and it was like a home away from home. the beds were so comfortable and the home was so roomy for all of us. We were in communication with management when we needed.. They were so very helpful. We are definitely going to book gain, This home was AMAZING, just right and the whole experience and service was great.

The location of this property is great, but the parking is minimal. We had to park three of our four cars elsewhere because we had golf carts and your only allowed three cars or carts! The house wasn’t as clean as it should have been, mostly just a lot of sand in the floor and the box fan was prett gross, but everything else was okay!

Great place to stay.
Great layout with lots of beds for several families. not enough cabinets for our food but we managed. also sheets were like sleeping with paper. if uou are down stairs and people are walking or pulling out drawers in dresser its really loud. but overall the experience was great. a little bumbed when pool was being cleaned. should stager the closure so kids can still play and give notice when cleaning will happen so people dont plan to be at pool that day.

Media communication is paramount and it's was basically nonexistent, very frustrating to say the least! We contacted your office several times to fix the issue

Cute getaway house
My small family of 3 shared this house with another family of 3, and it was perfect! - It has all the kitchen essentials, including toaster, blender and drip coffee machine. That definitely helps when you are budget conscious and don’t want to be eating out every meal. -AC was cool (thank God!) -clean house , decorated appropriately for a beach vacay house -concrete floors kept the house cool -Cable and Wifi access, worked perfect except the main living with a “not compatible “ pop up, but we reset the cable box and that seemed to fix it. -Only had one problem: key issues but maintenance was quick to respond and resolve the issue (keys needed to be replaced) -the house can sleep up to 10 (maybe 12 including the pull out sofa) however I think that would be a bit crowded. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was comfortable for us. - we rented a golf cart for the weekend and it got us to the beach in under 5 minutes, which I highly recommend for beach days! Beach access is at mile marker 18 - no “backyard” or back deck area with a grill, but we didn’t care -shrubs should be trimmed to reveal the house number...we did process of elimination! Shrubs do add some privacy to the front of the house though! -Ad says you can park 3 vehicles, but only if you have 3 small compact cars! We have a Tahoe, and a full size Chevy Silverado truck and the truck had to backed in at an angle in order to fit. There’s no way you can park 3 cars. There would be room in the garage for a car, but nothing bigger than a mid size SUV ( I couldn’t fit my Tahoe in there) - quick drive to many restaurants and shops Overall a great house, great trip and would recommend this property!
