AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The newly refurbished great room on the first floor has sitting and dining areas that encourage conversation and fun. In this main gathering space, white shiplap walls complement handsome driftwood-colored flooring and sea green cabinetry in the kitchen, while nautical accents like paddles used as artwork, set the scene. SLEEPING QUARTERS: A “walkover” connects the main home with the stunning primary suite, located over the garage. The walkover itself features a cozy nap nook with a twin bed, along with its very own dry bar! IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Salt Life is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Salt Life the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
