The property was nice the neighborhood was quiet the walking distance to the beach was perfect. We had enough sleeping arrangements for the 14 people in our party without being on top of each other. We were all very comfortable.

Would not book again
At first check in was easy, but I noticed there were 2 beds without linen and blankets so I reach out to see if there were extras. They said to look in all closets which I did and there were none. They told me someone would bring some by. 2 hours went by and nothing so I reached out again and they said the same thing but still no one came. By 10pm and still nothing, I ended up having to go spend $100 on my own. The next day I realized there was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags. Again, I had to go buy my own. The stairs were full of dirt and animal hair. The pull out couch was full of candy, French fries, hair, dirt, trash, etc. it was definitely NOT cleaned properly prior to our stay. Would not advise to stay here. Look elsewhere.

Great place !
We had a great time on our spring break trip. There were 6 adults and 3 children and the space was sufficient. It was nice having the grill & hotub right in your private backyard. Only inconvenience was having to walk through the bedroom to get there. The dishwasher heating cycle wasn’t working but other than that all equipment worked fine. It was close to the beach and was very quiet. We enjoyed the community pool. I would recommend this property. One last note- it was difficult to get in touch with the property management with questions before or during our stay. Our overall experience was great though!!

Great Place!
Everything was as expected. Very clean. Enough beds, linens and towels for our group. Cute decor. Close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place for a large group. We had 10 of us there.

As listed. Beautiful property. All good til the last night I found a cockroach in the upstairs master bathroom shower. I texted the property manager multiple times and did not hear back until I left a review with “Vacasa”. And then it was just a “sorry”. Very disappointed and grossed out.

Great vacation rental!
Everything is wonderful, great access to all areas of the island and towns, all amenities in the home you need mostly, and very clean and comfortable for our family of 13. Only issue is we have been unable to contact the property managers for questions and needs answered. Other than that, this place is perfection!

Gorgeous stay
Property was well maintained- clean and easy access to beach. We rented this one due to having bedroom and bath on main floor because my Mom is elderly. My only wish is hoping there would be more grab bars in that shower ( like metal sturdy ones). The best part of kitchen was that there were many plates and utensils- so nice to be able to go while week and only run dishwasher on last night. My only complaint- a hot kettle for tea would be nice. But I understand that’s not a Texas thing. Rooms were gorgeous- decor lovely. Tv remote a little confusing - took a while to understand them. But again it’s more to do with me being from other country.

Very Nice!
Stayed with my family for 5 nights and we really enjoyed it. This townhouse is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, or two very close beach accesses to drive to. Slept 11 adults and 3 kids very comfortably with plenty of bathrooms. For those who cook, the kitchen was stocked pretty well. Items in the kitchen: 3 large pots as well as several skillets and smaller pots, whisk, spoons for cooking, wine openers, can opener, hot mits, several kitchen towels, plastic and ceramic plates(lots), bowls, glasses, wine glasses, lots of coffee mugs and silverware. There were no coffee filters but we left some. They leave you a few pods for dishwashing and a few laundry pods, a sponge, a couple of really small bottles of dish soap, so we brought our own since we were there 5 days. They have several extra quilts, lots of pillows. The couch has a full/queen pullout for extra folks. TVs are set up with Roku, so you can sign on to netflix, Prime, etc--just an fyi though, we were never able to get the TV in the room with the bunks to work b/c the wifi signal was poor in there--tried multiple times--every other tv worked fine though. Make sure to sign out of your apps b/c when we got there the people before us had not signed out so we could have watched on their accounts, but we didn't--we signed them out and then used our own. While we were there we had a problem with the keypad on the front door not working. Management was very quick to respond and very helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay! Thank you!
