Fantasea Cove MIBC212 is a 3rd floor walk up condo, no elevator access. This pet friendly 1 bed/1.5 bath pool front unit, offers a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! Have a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico! Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Nice, comfy new furniture in the spacious living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a queen size and twin sleeper sofa in the living room area. Mustang Island Beach Club is located just 5 miles outside of the town of Port A right next to Port Royal. The complex features a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

GREAT LITTLE GET AWAY
loved the condo and the balcony was amazing, our 2 Boxers enjoyed watching everyone below and being cool in the sea breeze! The pool was great, the "watch for snakes" sign freaked me out some but since you could drive down to the beach where the deck takes you over the dunes it was all good too! would def book again!

Perfect little getaway
My husband and I had a perfect little getaway to see some family in Port Aransas. Glad we found this condo with easy private beach access and nice pool. The balcony was also nice to hang out in during the evenings, just wish the chairs and table out there were a little more updated. This property is well maintained and had everything we needed. Loved how dog friendly it was as well. Hope to visit again.

Overall, loved area and apartments nice. Only issue, I had a hard time finding it cause my gps had me at another resort and the listing does not use the resort name. It took me over 2 hours trying to outsmart my gps. I knew the resort my gps was talking me to the wrong resort but my gps was way off. If i had the restore name, i think i would of found it within 15 minutes. I was very upset with myself for trusting my gps.

Great view, great location
Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It’s a cute intimate property with amazing views and private access to the beach. The location is perfect for quick access to port A on one side and Padre National Seashore on the other. Amazing sunrises one the deck, comfortable relaxing in the evenings. You’ll love it here.

Close walk to beach but the mosquitoes were awful! Maybe it was the time of year. Don’t forget your bug spray! Place had lovely view. Clean and efficient. Very nice space. Perfect for a couple.

Clean but falling apart
The property was clean but very run down and in desperate need of repairs. The cabinets were barely hanging on the wall, tiles actually fell off as I was wiping the counter. Several cosmetic repairs are needed like touching up nail holes, painting, replacing blinds, etc. The 5th sleeper is a chaise lounge - not a bed. Although there is a boardwalk to the beach it is a fairly long walk. It served the purpose but that's about it.

The condo was fairly nice-- great for pets because of the easy to sweep floors, outdoor shower, and large inside shower with separate shower head. We liked the pool and the beach access. The reading nook and patio were great, but we had a short stay so we didn't have the chance to enjoy them. Our only complaint was that we had said we would have 3 or 4 people and yet there were no sheets for the sofa bed. I let them know, and they told us where to look, but there weren't any. The next day they said they would bring some, but we were probably at the beach when they came, and being a short stay, we weren't going to wait for them. The sheets should have been there when we arrived. Otherwise, it was a nice place and I would recommend it to couples or very small families (especially if you have a dog or two).

The two bedroom condo that we were in was great. It was very nice. Everything worked well, it was very comfortable. The one bedroom condo that my parents stayed in was good, except there was a broken towel rack that someone fixed with painters tape and the kitchen cabinets were concerning, they looked as if they were going to fall down. Also, there were not any dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher. The reason why I would not suggest this property however is because of the false advertising of a heated pool. The heated pool was a huge reason we chose this property because we knew the ocean would not be warm enough this time of year so a heated pool was very important to us as my kids were really looking forward to playing in the pool everyday. The pool also had a lot of sand in it. I was told by someone at the complex that the pool has not been heated since October last year. I expect at least a partial refund on both condos.

Nice condo, good location
Condo was nice as described and we liked the quiet beach and easy access. Echo another reviewer that a bit of TLC is needed inside and with the pool, but the unit was clean and the contactless check in and check out were ideal.

Nice, quiet, pet-friendly room.
The room was nice and looked like the pictures. Check-in process was not communicated well. We got to the office location to check in and they asked if we did not receive the text saying we didn’t have to go to the office to check in (which I did not receive until I was at the office location). Also, the bedsheets felt as if they had sand in them. Other than that, I would recommend staying here, especially if you’re bringing your fur baby.

Sweet beach escape
This place was perfect for our 3 night get away. The king size bed was super comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of storage. We loved having our breakfast on the deck overlooking the coast and the pool area. The kitchen is small but functional. Great place, great location.
