Not was expected
The house smelled like cigarettes. We stopped at the store to get Lysol but it didn’t help at all. The smell never left. The master bedroom sheets and bedding felt dirty like there was sand on them. The backyard grass was so long & there was a tin that had water in it and it was attracting mosquitoes. Near that tin there were cigarette buds on the ground.

Very spacious
This was a great location with plenty of space to move around. The backyard was a great size for our Boston Terrier to run around and play. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and the king bed was hands down the best nights sleep after a long day. The pool table was a great added feature!

Clean and practical
The place was clean and roomy and had everything we needed. Neighbor dog made having our dog not exactly worth the hassle or expense of the great backyard. The dog terrorized our dog with excessive barking so we couldn’t have him outside except to potty. Overall this place was great for a large family with kids.

Nice but listing off a bit
The house was great! Location and proximity to beach and shopping were good. The listing states two hide a bed/ futon, there was one. It also says there were extra linens and there weren’t any to be found, we searched! Otherwise it was as listed! We made it work and enjoyed our time!

Lacks Curb Appeal
The inside of this house appeared to be recently upgraded and was is great shape. The outside was still being remodeled and the 50 year old neighborhood definitely lacked curb appeal. Unlikely to ever rent in this neighborhood again. Property manager was timely with information and directions.
