You'll have access to the incredible pool area complete with hot tub, outdoor shower, beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping from the balcony and watching sunrises from bed. This condo has new fixtures, appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a meal (no dishwasher) and a table with seating for three to dine. The open suite offers two Queen beds, a sitting area and a full bath with a modern vanity separated from the tile stand-alone shower. Sip your morning coffee or an adult beverage from the balcony with views of the Gulf and overlooking the shared pool grounds.
