The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 303 is an elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Once entering the condo your eyes are immediately drawn to the dainty chandelier hanging in the entry way, accompanied by the Victorian style paintings and mirror. As you continue through the entry and open into the living, kitchen, and dining area your eyes are still well pleased at the quaint yet modernized look of this particular condo. Your mind immediately slips into the vacation mode you are searching for as the beach view consumes your vision while looking towards the Gulf of Mexico from the full length windows that line the living area. The third floor is only steps away from the boardwalk, pool area, and lobby, and sundeck levels making this unit very compatible for anyone.
From the living area, dining and kitchen the view of sandy beaches surrounds you and your company whether you are making breakfast, eating a meal, or watching television on the 32” flat screen. There are tall patio chairs on your private balcony facing the ocean where you can enjoy your coffee or a conversation. The living room is equipped with pull down sun shades to help keep the brightness of the sun toned down as it rises directly over the ocean.
The master suite has a plush King sized bed and a private bathroom tucked away. The furniture is very beautiful and placed throughout the room for your convenience as well as a full sized closet to hang your belongings. The master bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a walk in, tiled shower and single sink counter top.
The guest bedroom is more beach themed than the rest of the condo with a Queen sized bed, sitting chair and mounted 32” flat screen TV. This room is very spacious and also has a full sized closet. The second bathroom has entrance from both guest bedroom and also the hallway. There is a full sized bath tub with shower capabilities to suit any particular needs.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be close to Mustang Island Beach. You'll find features such as 1 hot tub. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the condo.

Gulf front view amazing
Very nice property. Gulf front as promised. Short board walk,50 steps to powder soft sand. Pelican fly bys and lovely sunsets seen from pool or community deck bbq area. Property is tan more like a full service hotel. If you need something just ask front desk. We asked if they had pepper and the young man said one way or another, we can make it happen 5 minutes later the door bell chimed and we had pepper. They also had extra DW tablets. The only minor thing was the balcony was small. Wide enough for a couple chairs but not eat outside. I would like to see all 4 chairs tall chairs so everyone is sitting at same level. Overall it was a great stay and we are already planning a trip back soon

Fabulous Stay!
This condo had it all - terrific beach view, well stocked kitchen, very clean, and beautiful decor and furnishings. The complex also was amazing- provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a great pool and grill outdoor area. The beach itself was very clean, very wide, and the water was so blue. We definitely would recommend this condo and plan to return.

Pictures were all accurate and very nice place. My only complaint is I rented and two bedroom two bath condo and only one bedroom and 1 bathroom were open to use. The other two weee locked off. So check into it if you stay there.

The perfect getaway! We will be back asap!
The condo was exceptionally clean. We felt very confident Being in Healthcare during this time that is so important. It was the most enjoyable vacation. Everything you could need was available including a bell cart to transport our bags. The view of the Ocean from the balcony was perfect and just a few steps out of building you're toes are in the sand. We are already looking for a time to be able to book the next stay.
