LIVING AREA
The main house is located on the second level. Spacious modern open concept living room featuring amazing vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, two twin-size sleeper chairs, sofa, and upscale furnishings. After a fun day in the sun, relax and watch your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Extra care was taken to stock the kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Granite counters, Keurig coffee maker in home for your coffee fix or pick up some local seafood and prepare a meal at home, then gather at the long table dining seats 12, 8 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar. You have a large laundry room just off the dining room area.
BED & BATH
The first bright and airy beautiful master bedroom that offers a king bed with boutique bedding and overlooks the pool. With a large master bathroom and walk in shower.
Down the hall you will find the guest bunk/game room featuring full on bottom twin on top beds and large flat screen tv.
Across the way is the guest bathroom with shower tub combo.
At the end of the hall is the third bedroom featuring a queen bed and large flat screen tv.

Perfect Getaway!
This is a really nice place to stay! Host provides pretty much everything you need! Very close to beach, you can walk, but it was fun cruising around in the provided golf cart! Will definitely stay here again! **the private pool was another big plus!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Agave House! The house was clean and spacious and furnished with everything we needed for the week. The private pool was extremely useful in August and the golf cart was a bonus! We avoided beach parking passes and sand in the car by using the golf cart all week. Great house in a great location!

Great Location, Great House!
This house is just far enough off of the road where you don’t have to worry about traffic and things getting snagged off your porch. Yard and grass for the pets was perfect. Kids bunk room was so fun for them! House was clean, well stocked- we forgot coffee filters, cooking spray, salt and pepper and we found all of it and more in the cabinets. The pool was the perfect size. Gets lots of sun during the day, but if you turn on the hose for a little bit it cools it down. This house is smack dab in the middle of everything, quick ride to the beach, or into town to grab ice cream, lunch, or dinner! You won’t regret your stay here!!

Nice house with a great location!
Property was just what we were looking for. Plenty of comfortable beds. Plenty of space. It was nice to be able to park our car in the shade. We made use of the beach cart numerous times which was great to keep sand out of our car for the whole trip. Kids enjoyed the pool and the tabletop video game in the kid's room. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at a lot of houses in Port A and this was in the top few for sure. It was clean and spacious. The pool is a little smaller than the pictures make it seem, but over all worked well for our family. The golf cart was an added bonus. Would recommend.

This house had some issues in ref to cleanlinrss
The area rugs in this unit need be removed all together and disposed of, especially the 4 in tne living areas of the house. They are heavily stained visually. As well, My small service dog could also detect this Immediately, she is well potty trained but any dog would notice soil that hasn't been cleaned up properly. This was mentioned.to mgmt immediately and I was informed that rugs are only periodically steam cleaned, so then why.pay a pet cleaning fee if the house is not cleaned?!? The bath mat in master bathroom appears To have never been washed. I could see this by looking at the reverse side of it for sure. We did not use it and we just placed it in the washer when we left. The bedding was comfortable but th king sheets in the master bedroom which was a king did not fit, kept slipping odd corners. The Gare on balcony hung badly and had to be physically lifted in Order to open and close. This was also reported immediately and a maintenance man came that never fixed it. He said he would return and I don't think he ever did because it never was fixed. There is a loose board on the back porch balcony that leads to the pool. It is in the center of the doorway and you can trip on it very easily because the board is sticking upward. This is a very dangerous situation here that since they never fixed the gate I did not call them about this because I figured it would not get fixed. This is a tripping hazard and you could really hurt your fit on this board that is right in the middle of the Is doorway. You could tell inside the house that a few areas were in need of cleaning or paint because the walls were dirty especially around the air conditioner Thermostat wall and around the toilet tissue holder in the master bedroom. There were visible handprints all over the AC wall and and just worn dirty paint around the toilet tissue holder. The master bedroom commode also had a loose loose seat. We did not call about this because we did not want anyone in the house disturbing us. The kitchen was well stopped and There was an adequate amount of bath towels but only 2 hand towels in the entire house and one single kitchen towel. There were dirty socks underneath some of the furniture In the bedroom and toys Under furniture as well in the living room so That tells me that the cleaning staff does not clean underneath furniture.
