sea. It
consists of:
- two bedrooms, one double and one triple;
- large bathroom equipped with shower and related sanitary ware;
- utility room with full laundry;
Inside the cottage are guaranteed the following services:
- bif and free parking within the structure to accommodate multiple cars;
- air conditioning system;
- large outdoor terrace equipped and surrounded by greenery, sea view;
- outdoor shower;
- living room with equipped kitchenette equipped with all appliances
(dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven) and a fireplace.

Nearby, only 15 minutes by car, it is possible to reach the
beautiful town of Santa Maria di Leuca (De Finibus Terrae) where it is
possible to admire the meeting point of the two seas, the Ionian Sea and the
Adriatic Sea, as well as enjoy a pleasant walk along one of the most
most evocative sea in Italy.
Just 20 minutes away are Castro Marina and Santa Cesarea Terme.
Nearby it is possible to visit the charming resorts of Marina Serra,
Acquaviva, on the Adriatic side, and the Maldives of Salento, on the
