We stay here often. The staff is very pleasant and eager to please, and the rooms are always very clean. It’s definitely not fancy, but it’s convenient and the price is right. Easy highway access.

Gathering of people at the end of parking lot in chairs- they live there? And large collection of bicycles of all sizes in parking lot- must belong to tenants ??? Lock was broken on ground floor room. Well lit at night.

The room was dirty, no amenities (soap,shampoo,lotion,tissues) The room stunk of cigarette smoke and the beds were very poorly made. The mattress didn’t fit on the base and was very uncomfortable.

This property is very dated, the motel has transit ppl living there, a broken down car in the parking lot, cigarette butts all over the property, a/c unit sounded like a Boeing 747! I would never recommend this place to anyone! It was not worth the money. I will reach out to the manager to discuss the deplorable conditions of this hot mess.

Smoking right outside room door, bathroom was flooded, people hanging outside the room smoking and being loud, handicap rooms all the way in the back, front desk lady was rude. Charged my card for full 7 days and I had to wait for 3 days for a refund back to my card

Family Visit
The staff was amazing. They helped me with a couple of things that they didn't have to, and I was so thankful. The room is dated but it was clean. We stayed in the handicap room, and it had a shower seat and bars. That helped a lot. Even though we had a non-smoking room, the hall smelled like smoke, but our room didn't. If you don't need fancy and just need a place to sleep for a night or two, I would recommend Motel 6 of Cortland.
