ShiShi's Cottage--Walk to OSU

Relax in solitude or with family and friends at this peaceful cottage close to OSU, biking and nature trails. Filled with art, Shi Shi's Cottage is an historic home, recently restored with new appliances, furniture and bedding. Super comfy beds, a meditation and yoga room encourage, and lovely garden encourage renewal and connection. Smart Lock access. Walk or bike ride along the creek to Starker Park, to OSU, to the river, to downtown, or into the rolling hills.

An intimate two story house that is filled with art, comfy chairs, and delicious bedding. The main floor includes the living and dining rooms, kitchen, full bath and two of three bedrooms. The Master bedroom offers a King-sized Tempurpedic bed, blackout shades, and the second bedroom has a single bed. Upstairs is a lovely light space with a Queen bed, a desk, half-bath, dedicated meditation and yoga room. All bedrooms view the garden. The kitchen offers a gas stove, convection oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and the quietest dishwasher you'll ever not hear. The garden is luscious with trees and flowers, Adirondack chairs and a fire basket. Bike and walking paths to Starker Park, Avery Park, OSU, downtown and all around.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Oregon State University. The cottage includes amenities such as a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms.

An Enjoyable 5 Days
My wife, myself, and an adult daughter stayed at ShiShi's cottage for five days at the end of January 2025. The cottage is very "homey" and cozy - very easy to settle in. There was plenty of space, and the upstairs bedroom was a good "work from home" room for our daughter. There wa an abundance of cooking and kitchen utensils, though we didn't use them a lot, as there were plenty of nearby restaurants to try. Internet connectivity was good, there was an easy to use TV, and also plenty of books/games if we were stuck inside by the Oregon winter rain/snow. Overall, it was just what we were looking for - a great base from which to explore central Oregon.

Great, comfortable stay while visiting our daughter at OSU. Very comfortable bed and a great kitchen that was well stocked. Close to campus for the football game. This was our 2nd stay and hope to visit again soon.

Shi shi cottage was a home away from home with everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful location but close to everything. A very restful place to use as a home base while we explored Corvallis. The use of the washer and dryer was very convenient. The cottage was warmand cosy with clean linen and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

This is a very cute 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home that fit us perfectly. The kitchen is small but has modern equipment that works well. It is comfortable and worked well for our family of 4. It is very close to the OSU campus and would work very well for OSU events or visits.

We came to Corvallis on a girls' trip with my mom and two daughters to check out OSU. We had a great time! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and well stocked, and the location was great! Cute Cottage
Really enjoyed our visit with family at this cozy cottage. The master bedroom was very comfortable, however the other two beds were smaller than expected. The kitchen met our needs wonderfully, and the big, beautiful yard exceeded expectations. Pleasant living & dining room with comfortable seating. I look forward to staying here again. Tip: I recommend checking in during daylight hours, as it might be challenging to find the key after dark.

Was there for the Washington vs Oregon State football game and the location was just over a mile from the stadium which was ideal seeing Ubers were not cheap. Would stay again if I ever come back to Corvallis.

This home is so charming, and the yard is beautiful. Deer visited along the back fence, and the hummingbirds were really enjoying all the flowers. The owner was nice and attentive to communicating. Quick tip! Back into the driveway for ease of getting back out.
