The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the Westside of Costa Mesa on a busier street. The area is convenient, with easy access to local spots and main roads, but it's not the quietest part of town. You'll be close to restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from the beach. While the neighborhood has a mix of hustle and bustle, our home offers a comfortable place to relax after a day out.

Getting Around:

Local Attractions: Just a short drive to Triangle Square (2.5 mi) and OC Fairgrounds / Event Center (2.5 mi).
Beaches Nearby: Newport & Huntington Beach are only 2.2 miles away, with easy access via the river trail from neighboring Fairview Nature Park.
Shopping & Dining: South Coast Plaza (3.8 mi) and Fashion Island (4.7 mi) offer a wealth of options.
Water Activities: Newport Aquatic Center (5 mi) and Newport Harbor (4.1 mi) are close by for water-based fun.
Disneyland & Convention Center: Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center are within reach (18 mi).

Clean cosy convenient!
I stayed during a business conference and it was a lovely way to get away from the craziness. Very nice safe neighborhood—check in process seamless and communication very easy.

Scary interaction with other residence
The room was clean and orderly. The girl in the other space was constantly fighting with a male that we never saw. Also at one point an older man opened a door into our unit with a young girl stating that she wanted to see our bathroom. Consequently we had to bolt that door during the rest of our stay. Scary situation!! We would never recommend this space to anyone. The host Scott was accommodating. You should not enable neighbors to back into you rental space.This needs to be resolved. We would not come back if you offered it to us with no charge.

Get away
It was what we were looking for, a small place with a king size bed that was not too far a way from where our son and his family lived. They really need to put in a small table and two chairs inside for convenience.
