Magnificent rustic finca in Costitx, in the center of Mallorca.



This beautiful Mallorcan villa for 8 people has everything you need for spending a dream holiday in a lovely environment. The house is surrounded by a large wooded area.There is a swimming pool, furnished terrace, a large garden and a barbecue. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV.



The house is located on the ground floor, where there are three bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. From there we have access to the loft, where we have the last room.



The house itself is situated in a quiet area, perfect for hiking, cycling or running along the various nearby paths. The house is only 2 km from Costitx, a small village where there are some restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, a bank and a small supermarket. One of the charms of Costitx is its archaeological remains; it is, in fact, the Mallorcan town with the highest number of sites per square metre. There you can enjoy attractions such as Son Corró, a talayotic archaeological site. Costitx astronomical observatory, the first in Mallorca, is also a must. The nearest larger town, Inca, is a 15-minute drive and has all possible amenities. The house is also just a 30-minute drive from the bay of Alcúdia, a 35-minute drive from Palma and a 45-minute drive from the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, declared a World Heritage Site. In short, the location of the finca is a great starting point from which to explore the island.



Keep in mind that airplanes may pass over this area, which may be an aspect to consider for some guests.
