There was no staff present at the check in for 30 minutes. Photos were not indicative of the actual rooms. Bathroom was dirty.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel seemed understaffed. Our room was quiet but the tub was peeling the rugs looked dirty. The pool was freezing. There was a bug in the refrigerator area.

Quick check-in but quickly noticed signs of an aging hotel. Our first room didn’t lock and we moved to a different room. There were stains on the carpet and curtains. The room was quiet and the bed was fine.

We waited an hour when we flew into Eppley. We called the shuttle # and the hotel # probably 20 times and no-one would pick up the phone. Won't be staying there again.
