Was a great stay. Property has been updated. Room clean, everything worked. Can’t beat the breakfast. Do a lot of traveling and the breakfast was on par with the best for a chain. Could have used a safety bar in the shower/tub. Otherwise great.

Restless Night, Great Breakfast

Due to the location it was just a noisy hotel to stay at. Freeway next to it with a very busy highway on the other side. An older building that just is aged and not as new as many other ones that are available. Air conditioning was very loud and cycled on and off throughout the night waking us up repeatedly. The best part about this place is the amazing breakfast! They make up for the mediocre building with a fantastic breakfast.

We were so happy to find a dog friendly hotel at such a good price. It was so clean and updated. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast area was also nice.

The hotel is dated. I would assume they are short staffed, the room cleaning could have been better but it wasn't a dirty hotel.Stuff was left in cabinets, things like that. The towels, linens and bathroom appeared clean. Simply put it's an older hotel. The breakfast wasn't bad. The staff was friendly.

It’s not the fault of the hotel at all, but people need to know if they’re going to stay here that the area is very noisy. I expected some airplane noise, it’s close to the airport, but both nights loud cars and motorcycles seemed to be accelerating out of the parking lot and into Donaldson Rd, sounding very loud for many moments. Both nights we heard loud sirens tow-three times during the night.

We liked that there was a pool & a continental breakfast. The breakfast was good with a variety of options including hot food & Belgian waffles. The hotel was clean & the staff was great. Its right off the msin highway & a great place to stay if you are visiting the Creation Museum & Ark Encounter

The property was nice conveniently place to where I needed to be! The only dislikes world pillows are tiny temperature and room would get really hot shower pressure sucked

The room is not very clean, especially the carpet. The breakfast is terrible. You only have waffle or cereal to eat, other than yogurt. They don't even provide bread or muffin. Juice dispenser was not working on the day I was there.

A bed bug was found on bed. Brought it to front desk Moved us to a new room No apology/discount or refund given. Difficulty in finding manager/no customer service A difficult ordeal with much washing of clothes & bags.

Great place

I would stay here again. It was right up the expressway, great pool, great breakfast, comfortable beds, and the staff was all very helpful and friendly. Reds Game on Friday and a concert on Saturday and getting in and out of the city and back to the hotel was not a problem either night.

The property overall was decent. The room however had spilled coffee stains on the wall, large handprints on the bathroom wall, there was an empty food container left in the night stand drawer from previous guests, coffee grounds under the coffee tray, and the room had a sewage smell. Other than the room, the property was nice. The landscape was pretty and the pool looked clean.

2 day getaway

Wife and I had an impromptu getaway during the weekend where we hung around downtown Cincinnati and Newport. The hotel was priced decently for the user ratings and the location. The room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable and the amenities all worked (frig/tv/microwave). The was pretty clean and tidy from a first impression. The morning breakfast was really good with premade omelets, bacon, biscuits and really good gravy, waffles and other assortments along with all you can drink juices and coffee. The only downside was the walls were very thin, could literally hear people in the hallways and other rooms as well as the traffic in the area.

This was a nice hotel that I was able to book short notice when my flight was delayed. The rooms were nice and clean, but the lobby had a strange smell after hours. I felt safe. The breakfast was great.
