The floor was not clean, feet turn black on walking. Found small cockroach in refrigerator and in AC and furniture. Washroom shower was not working. Send to have poor maintenance. Overall we didn't like. The owner should check the rooms to know how their workers are cleaning.

We had a pleasant enough stay. We attended a show in Cincinnati and rather than drive back to Louisville we stayed over. This hotel is much more affordable than anything in downtown Cincinnati. The facilities are perfectly acceptable. We did not expect a resort atmosphere, and as a place to spend the night was just fine. The room was simple but perfectly serviceable. Everything that needed to work did their jobs just fine. The staff was cordial and efficient. My main complaint would be with whoever was throwing a late night rave in the apartments across the street, which is nothing involving the hotel. Breakfast was a bit sparse, with condiments outnumbering the elements to put them on. Cream cheese on its own is not as appealing as having a bagel to add it to. But cereal and coffee were in abundance and certainly all we needed to get going. In all, for the price it is a perfectly acceptable place to stay, and worth considering should was stay over after a show again.

They didn’t take out the garbage daily, they didn’t make the bed and they didn’t replace toiletries either, I have to ask for them. The room and breakfast was fine but they unplugged the machines before 9 am

You get what you pay for. No frills but no major issues either. Allowed our 2 dogs with no questions asked but to pay the very affordable pet fee. Most of the businesses in the immediate area are closed or run down but nothing was unsafe.

I’ll start with the good stuff! The guy at the front desk was very nice and understanding! We got to the hotel and nothing looked like photos it’s seemed like the photos were photoshopped! The road leading to the hotel was sketchy! Some guy was carrying out a woman who looked like she was on drugs of some sort! I’m thinking maybe people live there? Idk anyhow the rooms were filthy and smelt sooooo bad, I did pick a smoking room but I really didn't think you could smoke in there! Either way there is no excuse for the burns everywhere. The blankets had cigarette burns all over them & the sheets were not washed, something all over them! The toilet had pee and toilet paper in it as well! Honestly I could keep going about how nasty that place was! We turned in our key as soon as we booked another hotel! It just bs that I lost out on $100 Dooooooo NOT stay there you’ll probably end up getting bedbugs tbh
