Overpriced apartments
The apartments were clean and tidy but basic. I felt the apartments were overpriced being there was no pool or spa. There was also no BBQ areas

Too many stairs
Lovely stay, one of us has a very bad back and the stairs were difficult. Would have chosen elsewhere if we had known there were numerous stairs. The clothes dryer didn’t work?

The apartment was nice and close, in the Main Street and easy walking distance. Very quiet area. The only down fall would have to be, the beds are really hard 😕, even the kids commented on it!

Air con in b/room didn’t work. Rang desk and maintenance fixed quickly. Stayed on 3rd level which was a bit much when your in your 70’s, would not have booked if we knew that first. Otherwise it was clean and tidy.

While the property was in a very convenient location, and mostly clean, the shower and bath were dirty and the couch was manky. In the kitchen there were no oven mitts, and only one threadbare tea towel, so i nearly burned my hands getting the tray out. Some of the blinds were broken and couldn't open at all. Otherwise, the secure parking was good to have, it was in a great location and check in/out was easy

While the apartment is very handy to the shops, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We were upgraded to another apartment, however I would not risk staying there again until they replace the mattresses. The staff at the reception were very helpful and apologetic.

convenient but rather tired looking.
The apartment was rather tired and shabby, and could have been cleaner - around the door handles and we found a clump of hair next to the tv unit on the carpet. The furniture was a little grubby. Only 1 sachet left for washing dishes - how about a small bottle.Also extra toilet paper required. Not particularly quiet during the week - set in a rather industrial area of the town. It was convenient to walk into town.

Central location in Cowes
The apartment block is perfectly located on the main street of Cowes so is walking distance to the restaurants, bars and beach area. It is also within 100 metres of Coles and Woolworths. The apartment itself was a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. Just a word of advice, if you are doing an after hours check-in, make sure you read the check-in instructions carefully because the keys nee to be collected from a different location just around the corner. I didn't read this properly so couldn't get into my room. However once I called the after hours number, they were quick to assist me.
