The property was very clean and in a good location . I fell over the suit case stand during the night . I folded it up and moved my case over to the corner so I would not fall over it . Next day we went out sight seeing and when we came back my suit case had been moved back onto the suit case stand. I have never had my things moved around at any hotel I have stayed in before. There is also no sign to leave on the door saying do not disturb.

Motel is clean and the efficiency unit has everything you would need. You have to drive a few blocks to eat but its an island that you need to have a car to get around anyway. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Would highly recommend this motel, very clean, short distance into town, quiet area, free parking, comfortable bed and very good shower with lots of water pressure. Our kids loved the pool and playground onsite too. Rooms are very spacious too. We loved our stay at Phillip Island and can’t wait to return!

This family room was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. It was a short walk to the local shops, making it convenient for grabbing essentials or a quick bite to eat. The location was great, just a street away from the beach front esplanade, offering easy access to the ocean and beautiful coastal views. Overall, it was a comfortable and affordable stay.

Great location, room and staff!
The rooms were very well appointed, the motel included all expected amenities, and the staff were very friendly. The location was outstanding, including ample parking, and a kid's playground.
