Staff were friendly even though vey few spoke any English (not their fault...ours for not speaking Spanish!). The restaurant buffet in the evening was very good. Room was clean and a very good size. Great views from the hotel!

A gem. This was a fantastic place. It came mid trip. Everything about it far exceeded my expectations. The staff were the best and the food was some of the best I had throughout my trip. The room was the nicest room I had during my stay in Argentina and Chile.

Very nice hotel in Coyahique
We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel decor and view from the windows (at least from our room) was very nice. The hotel has a great indoor pool and sauna, and it was very nice after a long day of travelling. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotels breakfast buffet is very nice, but the packed lunch box was very poor. We left very early for trips in 3 days and at the 3rd day we did not even bother to request a lunch box.

Nice hotel close to Plaza de Armas in Coyhaique
Overall the hotel and my room was hotel was well maintained and clean. Breakfast included the standard items such as coffee, tea, juice, cereals, bread, pastry, eggs, sausages, and fruit. All of the staff members throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The only shortfall I discovered was the lack of information about sights and tours in the area.

One of the nicest hotels in Coyhaique
I stayed here with my father before I left on a NOLS trip. Jose, the owner was terrific and had lots of helpful info and recommendations for us. He fixed fresh breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a really pretty spot and we were super comfortable in the rooms.

Great place
A little pricey but a great place to stay. It is easy to find and within a very short walk to town center. The only thing they could improve on is having breakfast ready when they say it will be. I had to wait an hour before coffee was brewed and eggs cooked.

Awesome place!
Hotel in beautiful settings, pleasant staff and good restaurant. The hotel went the extra mile when I didn't have cash with me to pay for my transfer from the Balmaceda airport. No questions asked, they paid my fare and added the 5,000 CLP to my room tab. After freshening up, I asked the concierge what would they recommend for an afternoon walk. Immediately they put together a walking route and also offered a bicycle too use for free for the afternoon. Very pleasant stay!

Lovely!
Beatiful hotel in Coyhaique. Excellent location, rooms are superb, and it's tatesfully decorated in Patagonian style. Staff is friendly and is walking distance from Coyhaique square. Breakfast could be tastier though.

A good hotel in Coyhaique
The hotel was good, a proper 4*, which is quite unexpected in this part of the world. It is the best hotel in Coyhaique, room looks a bit dark, but stylish. Receptionist was kind to make us an upgrade to a better room, which overlook a backyard, not the main road. The breakfast was good as well and it is located in a very nice, trendy room with a beautiful views of mountains.

Realmente las instalaciones del hotel se muestran con poco mantenimiento, hay deterioro de las instalaciones La habitación no contaba con frigobar, las opciones de poder comer en el hotel muy restringidas por temas de aforo. Por el nivel de tarifa no guarda relaciòn vs el servicio
