The staff is very friendly and very well to help. A little bit far from the ferry, so walking with the luggage in the middle of the heat is horrible. Transportation works well if you travel with car or you just go around with a mototaxi which you can take 1 block from the ferry. Taxi is very expensive

Luna Azul is a great option when staying in Cozumel. The rooms are simple but clean. The pool is on the smaller side but still quite enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Budget Friendly in Cozumel
The landscaping was beautiful! The pool was so refreshing after arriving in the heat. The room was clean. The bed was okay. It was fairly firm. The air conditioning was a must! The only downside to service was when we were at breakfast. There were 3 employees that were sitting next to us making phone calls, watching videos, and playing music loudly while we were eating. We would stay again, as it is very reasonably priced, but had that small annoyance at breakfast.

Nice clean hotel for this price point. Close enough to walk everywhere and away from the crowds. Staff was fert helpful and the breakfast was better than I was expecting. The only downside was a couple of dogs across the street that liked to chat to the passersby.

Las habitaciones son cómodas, bonitas y muy limpias. El personal que nos recibió en check in fue amable, pero nos anotaron sin desayuno cuando si habíamos pagado con desayuno y no nos querían dejar desayunar. Tuve que ir por mi celular para mostrarles que si era con desayuno, lo malo fue que como lo anotaron mal, nos tocó puro resto para desayunar porque no tenían suficiente. Supongo que si te anotan bien, pues el desayuno está bien igual. En cuanto a ubicación, está en una colonia tranquila pero un poco lejos del centro.
