Paid for rooms through Expedia which I didn't get. Substitution was sub-standard. When you pay through Expedia instead of renting directly from the hotel, you cannot be compensated. We had issues with the toilet only flushing 70% of the time. The kitchen sink was slow draining. I run hot soapy water through it, before we checked out. Front desk staff did not want to believe our issues, thought we were angling for compensation, when we only wanted these issues checked out, before the room was rented out again. Have stayed at this motel in the past & was very happy with it. But definitely not this time.

Toilet needs fixing in room 122. They are pet friendly but there is no grassy spots to take your dog to do it’s business, just signs saying to keep your pet off the grass.

I was prepared for the worst but wanted a cheap getaway with a kitchenette and was super pleasantly surprised!!! The room was super clean, and the kitchenette far better stocked with cookware than many much more expensive places I’ve stayed. My only negative feedback would be the bathroom didn’t have a fan and would be dripping with condensation after showers and that for a pet friendly place almost every grassy area around the motel had signs saying “no dogs on the grass”. Aside from that for the price - would definitely stay again!

Mold in bathroom as well as brown drippy spots on the ceiling above the tub. Broken hairdryer, no bathroom fan. Shower curtain was old and gross, didn’t shut all the way and water dripped all over the bathroom. The height of the shower head would be good for anyone under 5ft tall. Musty smell in the room. Front desk people were nice but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a big disappointment that they put us on the 2nd floor. I specifically said we needed a Ground floor due to my friend's mobility issues. They wouldn't change anything for us and as I had already paid, we had to accept what they gave us, which meant about 16+ stairs to make multiple trips up. Not too happy. If they had let us know that they couldn't accomodate our requests, we could have made a better choice.
