Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing - we arrived at 8:10 with breakfast being served until 9:00. There was barely any food items left and all coffee cannisters were empty. Orange juice was also severely watered down. Very limited seating with a lot of wasted space where bigger and extra tables could have gone. Overall a good stay.

It was a quiet property with clean, comfortable rooms. We wish we had time for the pool and especially the hot tub! Breakfast was available but pancakes couln't be made that morning. There is no elevator so guests with mobility issues would have to tackle a short flight of stairs or request a room on the first floor. Overall, a nice stay

The facilities weren't bad, but breakfast was not great and staff weren't cheery. I called later the same day as my check out about a forgotten item that we knew to have been left in the room (body pillow) and were told that no such item was found. Staff were surly about the call and made no attempt to look.

Good overnight option
Good overnight option in Cranbrook. Hot tub was out of service, but pool was open. Rooms were clean, if someone a little roughly renovated with exposed wire conduit and unfinished drywall patches. Those were pretty innocuous, though. Breakfast was good, with "make your own" waffles and pancakes, and decent other options. Pet friendly, would stay at again

I booked a room to be accessible to a mobility challenged individual but when we arrived they had no ground floor room available, no elevator and no solution or refund available. I tried contacting Expedia but the virtual assistant never connected me to a live person and I have not received any contact to date.

Pool wasn’t working. Kids were looking forward to the waterslide. Nothing was stated upon booking that the pool was down for whatever reason, definitely would have changed our plans of staying there.
