This suite is one of 4 private individually designed apartments in a preserved Heritage Home next to Downtown Cranbrook. Built in 1901 (32 years before prohibition ended) and if the walls could talk, they'd have a lot of stories to tell.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire apartment as it's primarily setup for guests. There is a shared laundry room at the back of the house.

The Neighborhood:
Cranbrook is a city in southeast British Columbia, Canada, located on the west side of the Kootenay River at its confluence with the St. Mary's River, It is the largest urban centre in the region known as the East Kootenay. This Heritage home is located right next to downtown in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Cranbrook.

Getting Around:
This property is located in central Cranbrook and is within walking distance of our towns best Restaurants and shops. There is plenty of parking for a vehicle if you need one.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this is a Historical Home and is over 100 years old. There's a lot of character in this home and many things in here are original. Laundry is around back of the house to the left. Code is given with check-in instructions.

Please note: There are stairs leading up to this unit which may cause accessibility problems for seniors.
