Nous arrivons à l'adresse indiquée et nous apprenons que nous avons changé d'appartement. Il fallait prendre les clefs dans cet immeuble et changé d'immeuble. Déjà dès l'arrivée, ce fut un mauvais point. Nous montons au 5e étage (avec ascenseur), nous voyons le jour de la porte d'entrée. L'appartement avait tout de même les 3 chambres demandées. La propreté laisse a désiré, des cheveux au sol, de la nourriture dans le freezer, 1 serviette pour cheveux par couple etc... J'avais choisi cet appartement pour le très grand canapé familial. Très déçue. Il n'y a pas eu de vérifications avant notre arrivée, nous n'avions pas d'eau froide, en période de forte canicule c'est très compliqué. Heureusement nous n'avions pas d'enfant. L'hôte a répondu à nos appels, nous a remis de bouteilles d'eau pour pouvoir nous laver et des sceaux pour pouvoir tirer la chasse d'eau. Nous avons demandé un remboursement et nous avons eu seulement 50 euros de remise sur tout les inconforts. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
