Book your ski getaway now! Our spacious and comfy 2/2 + loft tri-level condo has ground access from the back deck with incredible views! It is in a great location on the mountain with the resort 150 yards away and accessible directly from the condo complex by walking across the footbridge! When you're done skiing, enjoy the onsite commercial size hot tub in the common outdoor area. This unit accommodates up to 8 people with 2 queen size beds, 2 twins, and a tempurpedic sleeper sofa.
LOCATION: There is access to the resort area directly from the condo property by footbridge. The ski/bike lifts are approximately 150 yards away. Whether you're coming to ski, bike, or just to attend the many festivals at the resort year round, it's a short convenient walk.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals, and includes several cooking utensils and small appliances for your convenience (coffee maker, Keurig, crockpot, griddle), a variety of spices, cooking oil, coffee, K-cups, and hot cocoa mix. Also included is a large stock pot for cooking chili and soup. Great place to stop for lunch after skiing!
BEDROOMS: The condo has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, and a separate private loft with 2 comfortable twin beds. New pillow top beds in April 2023! Duvets cover all beds. For additional guests, there's a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. There are also some extra blankets and pillows available. The master also has a charging station built in to the nightstand.
BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are remodeled with beautiful tile tub and shower surround, and new vanities with granite counters. The bedroom level bathroom has a shower stall, the other bathroom has a bathtub and shower head and double vanity. Basic toiletries are provided - shampoo, conditioner soap, body wash, and lotion - as well as a hairdryer and magnifying makeup mirror.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious for relaxing or enjoying some together time with your family and friends. There is a sofa and 2 comfy chairs, and a woodstove to warm the entire condo. Firewood is provided. Smart TV is provided. There are also games, puzzles, and books to enjoy. The lamps have charging ports for your phone or tablet.
DINING: There is a dining table with seating for 6 and counter level barstools for 2 people.
TELEVISION: There is a large screen smart TV to use for streaming services in the living area. There is also a DVD player, along with several DVDs. Both queen bedrooms also have a smart TV. No cable TV, but you may login to your personal streaming services and basic channels are provided on the TVs.
WIFI: Spectrum WiFi high-speed internet service is available to our guests.
DECK: The back deck is nice to sit out and enjoy the views with a nice cold beer or glass of wine. It is ground level and goes out onto a large grassy open yard to enjoy even more views or play yard games.
BIKE/SKI STORAGE: You can store your gear, bikes, or skis in the locking storage closet just outside the front door.
COMMON AREA: Enjoy the shared common area with a gas grill and hot tub where you have the most amazing views of the butte.
PARKING: Parking is free in the private parking lot right at the condo for up to 2 vehicles with parking pass included with your booking. Note: There is no street parking allowed in the town of Mt Crested Butte at any time. Parking lot is plowed regularly in winter. (See full Parking Plan posted below)
STAIRS: There are outside stairs that go down one level from the parking area to the front door. Once inside, the main entrance is on the 2nd level, therefore there are both stairs to reach the main living area and kitchen on the lower level, and the loft on the 3rd level.
SAFETY: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are placed in the property according to the Mt Crested Butte licensing requirements. There is a first aid kit available as well.
DISPOSABLE SUPPLIES: We are happy to supply toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic cleaners, etc. for a short stay. If these supplies run out, there are several places to purchase whatever you need for the remainder of the stay. There is a convenience store next to the Treasury Liquors which is located just north of the condo about 50 yards away. There is also a Clark's Market in Crested Butte on Hwy 135.
NO PETS ALLOWED: This is condo association policy, no exceptions.

The following parking regulations were approved by the Snowcrest Board of Directors and have been incorporated into the Homeowner Association's (HOA) governing documents:
To ensure appropriate parking in the lot is provided for all Owner Occupants, Long Term Tenants and Guests of the Association, a valid permit must be displayed on each vehicle at all times. Violator's vehicles will be removed at owner's expense. Rental guests will be allowed 1 permit when units have a garage and a maximum of 2 permits for units that do not have a garage. Permits will be provided by the company managing the short term rentals for that unit.
Annual tags-Owners can obtain plastic permits through the current property manager; these will expire April 30th of each year. Lost permits can be replaced for an additional fee as established by the Management Company.
No more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property for each residential condominium unit, including assigned unit garages. Unit owners will be issued 2 parking permits, but unit owners with garages are eligible to receive just one permit. No unit owner, guest, invitee, contractor employee or lessee shall park their motor vehicles in a way that may obstruct access of any drives, loading zones, or other condominium unit or garages.
Parking and motor vehicle violations are subject to immediate removal, without notification. The costs for towing and storage of removed vehicles will be the responsibility of the vehicle's owner. Reoccurring violations may cause the unit owner to additionally be assessed fines.
No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of Snowcrest Condominiums unless the same has current valid license plates, is in good working condition, and used for actual transportation.
No motor vehicle shall be parked within one parking location for longer than 10 days. Violator's vehicles will be removed at owner's expense.
All vehicles shall be cleaned of snow, including the entire parking space surrounding the vehicle within 24 hours. Violator's vehicles will be removed at owner's expense
All Contractors are required to comply with the Association Motor Vehicle Rules.
Note: On-street/Town right of way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Terms of the Rental Agreement:
Access Code for Door Lock will be provided within 48 hours of guests arrival. Note: Minimum age of primary guest is 25 years of age.
1.Rights of Management: Management and/or management’s security personnel shall have the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Guests violate any terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guests shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
2.Property: The Guests shall maintain the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. If the Guests cause damage to the premises or its furnishings, or theft of any items on the property including but not limited to towels, home décor, and furniture, the Guests agree that the Management shall deduct costs of repair (if repairable) or replacement from the security deposit prior to refund. Moving furniture could result in a portion of security deposit being retained to cover the cost for personnel to move furniture back to its proper location. No Indoor furniture shall be moved outside. The Guests agree to leave the premises in a condition that is normal use without excessive cleaning required by the Cleaning service upon their departure. See Checkout instructions for what needs to be done upon departure.
3.Garbage: The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put in the trash dumpster located in the Snowcrest Condos parking lot. Refrigerator & freezer shall be completely emptied upon guest’s departure. Do not dispose of ashes in the trash dumpster; the cleaners will take care of ashes.
4.Damages: Guests shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear. If the amount is over and above any deposits made by Guest, Management shall have a right to pursue any and all legal means to collect the full amount including a court judgment.
5.Pets/animals: The condo association prohibits guests from bringing pets. No pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises. If a pet is found to be on the premises, the Guests could be asked to vacate the premises immediately. A pet fee of $500 will be due immediately in order for Management to return the property back to a pet free environment that is safe for future guests that have booked property because of the pet free condition and for owner’s family to be able to enjoy property free of pet dander.
6.Sublet: Guests shall not sublet the property.
7.Occupancy Limit: Guests will have no more than 8 (eight) persons reside or sleep on the premises. This includes all infants, toddlers and
