Discover the convenience of true ski-in/ski-out access when you choose to stay in Jokerville-102! Our slopeside condo is down the patio, about 30 footsteps, from the mountain’s fresh pow in winter. Ski down to the West Wall lift, just a few yards away, and ski right back to the end of the patio—just a few steps from your front door. There is also a groomed path to and from the slopes located at the back of the building.
In summertime, bluebird skies and colorful wildflowers beckon. Take those few steps down the patio and find a trail nearby, the perfect starting point for hiking and biking at the resort.
Bring the doggo out on your adventures too! Our condo is dog friendly.
Amenities are aplenty when you stay with us. Use the ski locker on the patio to store skis. Grab the lawn chairs and soak up unforgettable sunsets over Washington Gulch and Mt. Emmons. Build a fire in our wood-burning fireplace—we supply the firewood! Have questions during your stay? Reach out to our friendly on-site staff, available 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
In winter, we offer a free, local shuttle service ready to pick you up and take you to your destination at the base area or downtown. It’s just a quick phone call away, so no need to drive in a snowstorm.
In summer, stroll down to the other end of the patio and find stairs that lead to a simple playground, picnic tables, and log chairs.
When mealtime rolls around, it’s time to cook like you’re at home but with a better view! Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and essential spices. Be sure to add coffee, tea, sugar, and must-have specialty seasonings to your grocery list. Your groceries can be stored in our pantry. A common-area charcoal grill is also provided outside the second floor of the building!
Just down the hall from this condo, you’ll find the Finnish dry sauna, coin-operated laundry, and seasonal, indoor hot tub.
Jokerville-102 offers bed arrangements will have your group asleep in no time. The master bedroom features one King bed with an en suite bathroom. You’ll find another bedroom, with two Full beds, and another bathroom on the other side of the living room.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are about 1.5 flights of stairs up to the first floor, to access J-102.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.
Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.
