Crested Butte Mountain Resort is about 10 miles from the condo. The mountain has 14 lifts, over 120 trails, and 4 terrain parks. The park is known for its steep terrain and offers skiers and riders a wonderful experience that will take your breath away!

Elk Avenue in downtown Crested Butte is 7 miles away. The popular main street has shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries. Get outfitted for a day on the slopes or a hiking adventure and check out the Crested Butte Mountain Heritage Museum to learn more about the area.

The condo is located in Crested Butte South and is 3 blocks from Red Mountain Park which has a community room, soccer and softball fields, tennis court, basketball court, a skate park with a halfpipe, a playground with a climbing boulder, an ice skating rink, and more. During winter months, enjoy Nordic skiing throughout the area!

CANCELLED THREE HOURS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL
We had no access to phone or internet and upon arrival discovered the unit was occupied by long term tenant! Worst experience ever!

Could be a nice rental! has potential.
Loved Shawna the property manager, very helpful and timely with concerns. The home is very dated, old worn bedding and towels. The home was not very clean on arrival, floors had crumbs, mold in the master shower, stained wash cloths. Lower bath shower head was not working properly, some basic kitchen items were not available. Location is why we picked this home, it was very easy to access the main road to get to Almont. Decor is very dated. The owners kept all of their personal items out so it felt odd, like we were staying at our Grandmothers home. This home could be a much better rental with some much needed attention. The property manager was very kind and helpful when we needed items.

Wonderful Stay - close to hikes and downtown Crested Butte
We loved our stay here! It was conveniently located with easy access to hikes and downtown Crested Butte. The property was clean and welcoming. Parking was also easy and the property had everything we needed and then more (both in the kitchen and bathrooms and for outdoor activities). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place, great location for quick 15 minute trip to CB ski resort.
Highly recommend. House is fully equipped with everything you need. Plenty of Space for 7 (3 adults, 4 kids). Can't say enough about CB South. Has everything you need! Save money and stay here instead of at base of mountain. Thank you for sharing your home!

Our New Year’s Eve stay
Very nice condominium, located close to bus stop. Snow cleared at garage and walk ways timely. Pantry had all seasonings , zip loc bags, extra can goods, kuerig coffee pods, sugar flour. Of course we went to the store and added some. Quality toilet paper which you can laugh at but we usually bring our own 😀. Small smoker, bicycles, baby bed ( we brought a lot of stuff for a 7 month old that was already there). We were very pleased with the accommodations. Camp 4 coffee shop was wonderful and close but general store was always closed even though the sign said open. Since it was stocked we really did not need much. Water was very HOT so watch yourself but welcomed at minus 9. Study the bus route or bus to get on for the afternoon. We would highly recommend this condo.

This was a great location and home for our famil ski trip! The queen bed in the lower bed room on the side with the washer/dryer.. needs a new mattress.. very uncomfortable for two people. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you!
