There needs to be better signage. We got behind the place and couldn’t tell it was the right place. Drove around in circles for a long time. Not the cleanest nor friendliest place. Won’t stay again. Certainly not worth the $300/night with hidden fees.

Very high end resort - Motorcycle trip during fall colors Sept 20. Parking and resort fee add ons not explained pre purchase on Hotels.com Motorcyclists BEWARE- parking exit gate/ retractable arm slammed down on me and knocked me off a fully loaded GSA - thank goodness I was ATGAT and suffered no injury other than a big scratch in my $850 helmet - beats stiches

We had a one night stopover here as part of a two week road trip. Very spacious room, efficient check in, easy to park. Free shuttle into CB town was great as there were bars, eateries, shops in main town. Parking is a little overpriced at this hotel, particularly as it is off ski season but we knew in advance so it wasnt a shock.

It was off season so we knew things were going to be quiet and uneventful but the staff was great. Facilities were very clean but somewhat dated. Being from the south we were surprised to find that there was no air conditioning in the room. We were told that was normal for the area but the room was hot and stuffy. So much construction was going on outside that it made opening the windows for air not optimal. I’m sure it would be a different experience should we had the opportunity to visit during the ski season.

It had a kitchen, but the room had an odor resulting from someone else's cooking. Typical ski resort setting. The MBAs are definitely in charge here, charging for everything such as a resort fee, parking fee and very high prices. Desk staff was friendly but not particularly well informed about the community. We had an unsafe issue with the overhead fan and a maintenance man came and fixed it. He was very competent.
