Heyoan is a beautiful property on 12 acres, fully landscaped and hardscaped with spectacular mountain views.
Lots of flowers and vegetables in season. 10 minutes to town, trails and retreat centers. There is a separete shrine/meditation room and lots of outdoor seating and spaces to enjoy.
Very clean and comfortable with good heating for the winter.
It has a small fully equipped kitchenette with a sink, two burner stove top and small fridge. There is no washer and dryer. However, there is one in the main house if necessary.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Baca Grande Park. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a patio in the cottage.

Highly recommend!
This was a fantastic experience for us. Everything we could've hoped for and more. Paul, the property owner, was friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions that literally made our trip. Views from the bedroom were stunning. Definitely couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Tourist visit
Paul was an attentive and gracious host, offering a beautiful, clean casita in a very unique and special place with landscaping and panorama views in every direction. It's a peaceful and quiet location, and we hope to visit again in the near future.

Such a sweet spot in this beautiful valley! Sunsets and sunrises and walks were really fabulous! Accommodations and interactions with the host were most excellent! Didn't want to leave and will return soon :)

San Luis Valley Retreat
This is an incredibly beautiful place in a beautiful area. The accommodations were lovely (and clean and quiet) and all interactions with the owner were likewise great! If you want sunsets and sunrises this is an amazing place! If you want quiet and a sweet walk through stands of Juniper and Cottonwood - also premium. It was difficult to leave and I look forward to returning.

Incredible property
We had a wonderful time at this absolutely breathtaking property. The property is nestled beneath the Sangre de Cristo mountain range and is full of hummingbirds and a gorgeous garden. Paul was an increibly kind and communcative host and we cant wait to visit again as soon as possible!
