The unit features a full kitchen with an island and wine refrigerator, granite countertops and "retro" refrigerator that work perfectly in the space with custom blue cabinets. There is a 43 inch Fire TV and a convertible sofa pulls out to a queen for extra room if desired. The full bath has a custom tiled shower and shiplap accent wall with a modern vanity. The unit features luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The spacious bedroom provides a relaxing sanctuary with a queen size bed and a patio door that leads out to the private 16 x 10 foot deck with water views! Perfect for relaxing after a day on the boat or enjoying cocktails while watching the spectacular sunsets! The oversized garage has a new full size washer and dryer. There are also bikes are available for our guests! Take in the peaceful surroundings with herons, egrets and even an occasional deer passing through!
