If you stay at this hotel make sure you do not stay on the 6th floor. On the 7th floor there is a restaurant and you hear the constant moving of chairs and tables. This is a great hotel other than that. Perfectly located but you do need to walk a bit to the free parking. With all this said I recommend this hotel anyway
Love this city and this hotel is perfectly well located

Wonderful trip to Cuenca
Hotel is ideally situated for the old town if people have walking difficulties the bus is nearby for the old town every 15 mins. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay lots to see and do and eaten is some fantastic restaurants. The hotel was mediocre but a large room and clean, no view only brick walls and other rooms. Reception staff helpful and parking in car park very nearby which had an agreement with the hotel. I would class this as a 2star hotel.,
Location was central and staff was willing to accommodate us to give us a room with an amazing view!!! We enjoyed the friendly staff!!! Thanks for the wonderful pricing as well to make our stay an enjoyable one!!!👍
The hotel was well located for access to the town and within walking distance of the old town and Plaza Mayor. The receptionist was extremely helpful on check in. The room had a bar fridge which is always a bonus in hot climates and the room was comfortable although had no views (a brick wall!) which made it appear dark. Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday (and a festival day) and no restaurants in town, or the hotel restaurant opened until 10pm.
We stayed in an apartment room. Very comfortable and roomy. I would stay here again. There was a taxi area right outside the hotel. There were not always taxi's there however. When you arrive arrange for a taxi ahead of time to take you back to the train.
Checked in, went out, and on our return after dinner we found that the wi-fi and A/C did not work. No one at the front desk. On the second attempt we were finally able to hunt someone down but by then it was midnight and it seemed unlikely anything could be done about the A/C at that hour. We did get a new wi-fi code, which did not work. Spent a hot and mostly sleepless night, and were unable to plot our driving for the next day. Upon checkout in the AM we brought these matters up, and the woman on duty immediately became hostile and defensive, essentially calling us liars in the matter of there being no one at the desk the night before, and suggesting that we did not know how to operate a thermostat.
Hotel was well located and very clean. Beds were a bit worn but the restaurant in the top floor have spectacular views. Great value.

Good Location for sightseeing.
Within walking distance to old town which is up a very steep hill. There is a bus service up thought. The hotel is cleen. My room was a bit dated, but had all the amenities expected. Extra cost charged for a safe. No public space other than at the top floor restaurant. Just about average and ok for the price.

Convenient but small
Nice little room but no real window - just opened on an air shaft. On the other hand the price was right.
