Welcoming and clean. Service was great. The breakfast buffet was superb. The only things that I would change: 1) They need a hot tub / jacuzzi for the pool / spa area. 2) They need to offer the option for soft bed pillows.

This is a great property and very well maintained. The staff us very professional and friendly. The only that I noticed different from other Oro Verde in Guayaquil is that this hotel doesn't offer free drinks upon check-in.

I really liked the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast buffet. I realize that shower and tubs are hard to keep very clean but there was a couple of black spots in the shower stall. Otherwise, our stay was worth the charge.
