Riverfront huoneisto - upeat näkymät Cuenca historiallisella alueella

Upouusi vuonna 2016! Tämä täysin kalustettu 3 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5-kerroksinen huoneisto sydämessä Cuencan historiallisessa keskustassa, joka sijaitsee kätevästi Calle Larga vain 4 korttelin päässä Parque Calderon ja sekä uusia että vanhoja katedraaleja. Olemme vain 100 metrin päässä Rio Tomebamba.

On laaja näköala kansallispuisto el Cajas, vuoret ja meillä on näkymä joelle. Voit makaa makuuhuoneessa illalla, kuunnella joen, katsoa Cuencan ja Turin kirkon valot. Katsokaa ja katsele tähtiä kahden hengen kattoikkunan kautta.

Makuuhuoneessa on kävellä / kävellä kaapissa kauniisti mukautetun kaakeloitu suihku. Makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke terassipuutarhalla, kauniit näkymät kaupunkiin ja El Cajasin kansallispuistoon.

Kaksi vierashuonetta jakavat kaunis kylpyhuone suihkulla. Yksi makuuhuone tuplaa toimistona, jossa on mukava alasvetoinen Murphy-vuode, jossa on Memory foam patja. Huoneistossa on 6 - 2 queen-size-vuodetta ja yksi parivuode.

Keittiössä on täysikokoinen jääkaappi, raskas kaasuliesi, kaasu-uuni, mikroaaltouuni ja huippuluokan Cuisinart-leivänpaahdin ja Ninja-sekoitin. Kaikki ruokia, hopeatavaraa, veitset, kulhot, laatat ja kaikki mitä tarvitset keittämällä tuoretuotteita, jotka on ostettu 10 de Agoston tai Tia Marketin, vain muutaman askeleen alas kadulla.

Graniittitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu pesuallas ja laitteet. Radio, joka pitää sinut viihdyttäessä pestäessä ruokia ikkunasta, josta on näköala orkidean puutarhaan.

Ruokailutila sisältää taulukon, jossa on 6 paikkaa, jotka on suunniteltu ja rakennettu Cuencan huipputekniikan valmistaja Luriq. Sisäänrakennettu vitriini potlucksille ja Nilson Realle suunniteltu pyörillä varustettu, graniittikäyttöinen saari prep.

Molemmissa parvekkeissa on kaunis ruostumaton teräs, mittatilaustyöntekijät. Pohjakerros yrtteihin ja ylimmässä kerroksessa, jossa on 3 pientä puuta katsomassa näkymä viereisestä kattohuoneistosta.
Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Museo del Sombrero. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla kuntokeskus ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location

We’ve stayed at Terry’s place 5x! It’s perfect for our needs. Everything works. Can’t beat the location. Overlooking the newer greener part of the city yet just three blocks from the Central Park. It’s an oasis of tranquility in a bustling Latin American city. Already booked for next winter!

Cannot state how much we LOVED this place! If you are considering visiting Cuenca highly recommend this townhouse. It's in a great location, in an absolutely beautiful building and has such a stunning view from both balconies. The office manager, Cecilia, was wonderful and lovely. Without too much detail, our original 13 hour plane trip ended up in a 2 day scenario due to 1 leg of our journey being delayed. Which is to say when we finally got into Cuenca we were exhausted. Cecilia loaded the townhome up with fruit, eggs, bread, beer, wine -- everything we needed to not have to go out that evening. Wonderful. The place is fully equipped, nice washer/dryer, and we loved the biodegradable products (shamppo, conditioner, body soap, laundry products, dish/hand soap). Absolutely one of the best accomodations we've had.

Great place in a great location!!

The title says it all. Up on the cliff between the lower south side which is newer, wider streets and sidewalks and the historic district. Three blocks to the Central Park, a block to an incredible fresh food market. Close to pretty much everything. This was the third time we rented this apartment and we’ve already booked it for next winter.

Roomy modern condo with a convenient location

We had a wonderful stay for a month in Cuenca. The property manager, Cecelia, was very helpful, providing beautiful flowers, delicious chocolates, some refrigerator items, and a notebook with restaurant recommendations and reviews. This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to so many restaurants, museums, and the historic town square. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfortable. From the master bedroom, we had a terrific view of the city and mountains. It was great to have enough space to entertain guests who came for a short visit.

This is our 3rd stay at this wonderful condo. It is a great location, four blocks from main square plus it looks out over the river. It is a spot of tranquility with a very bustling city right outside the complex's entry door. It's comfortable, everything works. The building manager is very responsive to questions. Location, location, location. The condo is just as advertised and is located in the historic section of Cuenca so we walked everywhere. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, especially for the New Year Eve fireworks. An Oasis in Cuenca!

This apartment kicks butt! Beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, killer views. The attention to detail is what sets this place apart from any others I've rented. Terry, the host, was a pleasure to deal with and the on-site manager, Cecilia, greeted us with gifts: Ecuadorian coffee, fresh-baked bread, a dozen eggs and speciality chocolates to die for. AND two dozen red roses and gladiolas, too. Plus she was always available to answer our questions and offer suggestions about the area. Cecilia, you rock! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll want for cooking and entertaining. I especially appreciated the basics being supplied to get us started: paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, olive oil, spices, and butter. There's even a lemon tree and little herb garden on the patio where a playful green hummingbird comes around every day. (I've named him Basil) :-) The king -size bed is super comfortable, the linens good quality, and the towels plush. The showers always had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Weekly cleaning service was provided, too. Oh, did I mention the awesome views from the living room and master bedroom? Well, you'll see! Just a block away is a huge mercado where we bought our fresh veggies and fruits and the Super Maxi Market is just a short taxi ride away. Very convenient. The Parque Calderon is an easy walk from the front door with plenty of restaurants and stores in between. We always felt safe in this neighborhood both day and night. Behind the apartment are steps leading down to the paved walking path along the Rio Tomebamba. A very pleasant walk with restaurants and museums lining the way. No place is ever perfect, but this one comes pretty darn close. In fact, I can't really think of a thing to improve upon. Grab this place if you can. Cuenca is a lovely city. Enjoy your stay!

Great spot for long term exchanges in Cuenca

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Cuenca is a great city with lots of things to do. We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived. The condo is excellent with beautiful views of the Rio Tomebamba and southern Cuenca. Nice people in the complex too. We hope to stay again in the coming years.

Great vacation Rental in Cuenca

If you are looking for a vacation rental in Cuenca, and this property is available do not hesitate and book it. Great location very secure, quiet the only noise you will hear is the sound of the river flowing down. Close to supermarket, the open market, Parque Calderon, many restaurants, etc. Cecilia the property manager is very quick in responding to any issues if they arise. We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
