El personal muy amable y atento. Pero las habitaciones son muy rústicas, el colchón estaba durísimo, no hay ni secadora en las habitaciones. No tiene servicio de hotel como tal. Está bien pero no para la tarifa que pretenden cobrar. Está caro para lo que es.

Everything was better than expected, but one thing. We ordered a Premium Room with 1 Queen Bed and they don't have but 2 twin beds. It was ok, but there has to be a piece of better room information.

Es un lugar muy bonito en cuanto a su jardín pero me parece que el personal aunque es muy amable no está capacitado para prestar servicios de hoteleria. Me asignaron una habitación que a simple vista era limpia, sin embargo en las sábanas había un alacrán que me picó a las 3 de la madrugada, como no cuentan con teléfono en las habitaciones salí a buscar ayuda y todo estaba apagado y no encontré a nadie que pudiera ayudarme hasta que busque en internet y encontré un número telefónico, al llamar me respondió una persona que dijo que estaba en Querétaro y cuando comente lo que ocurría solo me respondió que lo quitara y ya. Al final pude comunicarme con el encargado quien me asignó una nueva habitación que tenía dos camas individuales y muy incómodas además de que los muebles estaban bastante deteriorados y a la mañana siguiente no hicieron limpieza de la habitación, al volver a comentar esa situación solo me respondieron que lo tomarían en cuenta. También debo comentar que en la reservación dice que incluye desayuno y este son solo chilaquiles y café sin alguna otra opción y no hay menú para niños. Si se desea permanecer en la alberca se deben pedir alimentos y bebidas de fuera porque el lugar no brinda ese servicio.

Es un lugar muy bonito que desgraciadamente han dejado caer por falta de mantenimiento. La primera habitación que nos asignaron estuvo muy pequeña, con falta de ventilación, un mobiliario deficiente , el baño muy pequeño y en malas condiciones. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron a una habitación un poco mejor Además no tienen restaurante como ofrecieron y tiene uno que buscar sus bebidas y alimentos fuera del hotel y está muy aislado. A la alberca también le falta mantenimiento, inclusive le faltan algunos mosaicos La verdad no hay una relación del precio con los servicios que ofrecen. Solamente hay cuatro personas que atienden el lugar y lo hacen de la mejor manera posible. No es un hotel, es una casa de hu'espedes muy cara para lo que ofrecen. No lo recomiendo

Es un lugar muy lindo con buen mantenimiento, la atención es muy cordial, gran hospitalidad. Los alimentos de buena calidad y suficientes. El único detalle es que el agua de la alberca puede sentirse muy fría. Excelente opción para descansar.
