Just over 100 metres to the most beautiful beach you will have the opportunity to wander on. Blue Island has its own street beach entry, so no roads to cross or corners to turn just stroll east for a minute or so and you are on the Pacific Ocean.

HAMPTONS LOUNGE Shake off that city smoke and immerse yourself in some Hamptons inspired coastal comfort. Settle into a curacao lounge doused in coffee and whipped cream. MALDIVE MIMOSA -With a bit of Raj washed up from near-by India, Maldive Mimosa sparkles with amaretto laced champagne. Fantastic beach escape in a wonderful home.
We had an amazing family summer holiday (with pet) in this lovely property in a great location. This extremely comfortable, well-equipped home is only a short walk to the end of the street where you are greeted with a beautiful pet friendly beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach escape or to explore the many great locations and attractions on the NSW South Coast.

Perfect!
Wonderful to be able to stay in such a lovely house that also allows dogs! The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The dog friendly beach is at the end of the street. Anne the owner is fantastic and so responsive. We and our Border Collie Blaze cannot wait to return!

Great house! We loved it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this attractive, well-equipped house. There is plenty of space, fun decor, and the games room is a bonus - especially when it rains. The location is fabulous: an easy walk to the beach (with no roads to cross!), the skate park and the shops. Bonus points too for the kitchen, which was undoubtedly the best-equipped of any holiday rental we’ve stayed in. We highly recommend Blue Island to anyone looking for a place to stay in beautiful Culburra Beach.

Perfect location
The decor and size of the house is fantastic. We felt so comfortable and would certainly stay again. My only criticism would be that a few electrical appliances need attention as the blender did not work and the oven knob was sitting on the kitchen bench making it hard to set a temperature. But they were small details as everything else was fantastic

Idyllic winter haven
We enjoyed a lovely week by the beach at Culburra in this beautifully appointed house. The furnishings were delightful and the beds were comfortable. Our Labradors enjoyed the enclosed back garden and the easy stroll to the beach. Our teens loved having the skate park so close. Thanks Ann for a fabulous stay.

Blue Island House Culburra is easy living
Blue Island house is a well set out and maintained spacious holiday rental- it is an easy living design and is particularly good as a large dog friendly house with a fully fenced yard. Highly recommend to all, particularly dog lovers!

Family Friendly beach retreat
After a busy and stressful year it was such a delight to escape to this wonderful calm and relaxing home. Anne ensured that the home was well appointed and that everything we needed was anticipated. The best accommodation in a lovely town
A beautifully renovated home in a super location. A minutes walk to Bila park and the river or the main street and still so quiet and peaceful. The house and garden was immaculately presented very very clean even the excellent BBQ sparkled! As the gateway to the mountains, there is heaps to do in and around Tumut. Wendy and Peter are wonderful hosts. We (2 adults 2 teenagers) had a great stay in a classy home. 5 stars.

This stay was very good. There was plenty of space and options for rest and to relax. We liked the separate lounge rooms and the bedrooms. The main bedroom was very big. The kitchen has everything you need. The back yard is nice as and the games room is a bonus. It is reasonably close to the beach- just an easy walk. Overall a very comfortable place to stay for our first trip to Culburra.

We had a lovely Xmas week at Blue Island. Our youngest is 4 and we also have a 13 year old greyhound. Everyone was happily accommodated. The house was very spacious and a short walk to the beach. The only improvement for us would be fans or air con downstairs. The airflow was lovely during the day but we needed the portable air con during the night in the downstairs rooms. Upstairs has aircon and was lovely. It wasn’t a huge issue but we also didn’t have a hot week. Outside of that, the house is near perfect.

A peaceful beach getaway
We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was well equipped and clean. It was set out perfectly for 2 families, there was enough space and activities for everyone! The beach is a short walk at the end of the street. We wished we’d stayed longer!

Absolutely Beautiful!,Great location. Highly recommend. The only thing that we were disappointed in,was the description on the site that I booked was old and not updated . We were expecting a room with 2 single beds and when we arrived they had changed the room to a queen bed.

Blue Island Holiday
The house was just as described, ambience was 10 stars. Close to beach, just a short walk and no roads to cross. We enjoyed surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, dining out, getting the ferry to Huskisson from Myola, making sand castles, beach walks, dinner at the Little Snapper restaurant with great cocktails, relaxing in the games room. A fantastic holiday and blessed with great weather! Thanks Anne for the use of your fabulous holiday house.

As a group of 6 staying in Culburra beach during a wet week; we were very grateful for the spaciousness of this property.. 2 large lounge areas both with ample seating and a games room. The house is beautifully styled throughout and the proximity to local shops and the beach is a huge bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blue Island!

Blue island presented as described. Great place for a family with a dog. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy to cook at home. We had an issue with the hot water but it was fixed quickly, Thanks Anne.

Beautiful house in Culburra
