A dedicated car parking space, air conditioning, heaters, fans, and a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer tick off all the boxes on your list of conveniences.

The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and coffee machine. A range of pantry items like coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sauces are at your disposal. Ensuring meal-times are memorable, we've also provided barbecue utensils for that perfect cookout!

Our living room welcomes you with its plush couch, Smart TV and Netflix, setting the right ambiance for leisurely evenings. A gamut of entertainment options from board games to children's books and toys, keeps everyone engaged, all ages included.
