A clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location, just on the outskirts of Cuneo. Driving into the centre of Cuneo itself takes less than 10 minutes. The reception and restaurant areas feel a bit like a hospital, as they lack decoration and character, but the staff are very friendly, the food is good and the hotel is great value for money. My only criticism would be that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this seems to be quite common in Italian hotels.

The Hotel over all is good. the service was great and breakfast also very good with food from the area! It needs some cleaning work. The carpets have old stains giving it a "peculiar" smell. The room also had a weird smell....

Great Find!
We attended the cheese Festival in Bra and searched for hotels and found this gem. Although a 35 minute drive to Bra but well worth the drive. Easy access to hotel, free parking, free breakfast and friendly staff. In the evening to was a 5 minute ride to the center of Cuneo. Must have a car to stay n this area.

Bella struttura, molto ben curata e pulita, personale cortese e gentile. Ottima l'accoglienza, stanza grande e pulita, letto comodo. Buona la posizione e il parcheggio. Unica nota stonata: qualche giorno prima della partenza ci è stato chiesto di scegliere per la mattina del 1 gennaio tra colazione e un brunch alle 10.30, per evitare assembramenti. Abbiamo scelto di buon grado il brunch, in quanto avremmo trascorso la serata con amici e avremmo cenato molto tardi. Purtroppo il brunch non si è dimostrato assolutamente all'altezza, con proposta di lasagne o gulasch con cotechino! Alla richiesta di un piatto di salumi e formaggi sono stati portati solo salumi. Mai arrivato il succo di frutta richiesto. Forse non ci si è inteso sul significato di brunch....... Gradevole il dolcetto al pistacchio finale. La colazione della seconda mattina, servita dal personale della reception, è stata invece molto ben curata e abbondante, comprensiva anche di diversi prodotti per celiaci. Struttura consigliata.
