Nice hotel in the city center.
It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

Me hospedei três vezes, a primeira vez estava muito bom o quarto, café e tudo o que eu tinha direito. Na segunda e terceira vez já vieram os problemas como pinturas, água ruim até pra tomar banho, janelas todas enferrujadas, os ar condionados velhos, que mal fazem frio. Essa terceira vez foi o fim da picada, simplesmente o banho e agua da torneira saiam amarelas e com cheiro de ferrugem. Tomei banho pra nao ficar fedendo apenas, pois era muito ruim. O café está simples demais, iogurte horrivel, bolos mal feitos, pães ruins. Eu me decepcionei dessa vez!!! Não quero voltar não.

Hotel com estrutura horrível! Fiz reserva de um quarto com cama de casal, chegando lá me colocaram em um com cama de solteiro... sendo que havia pago a mais por escolher cama de casal. Hotel sem estacionamento, tive que levar meu carro para um estacionamento que fica a 2 quarteirões do hotel... Segundo hotel que fico dessa rede, NÃO RECOMENDO!

Infelizmente tivemos alguns percalços na estadia, informei que a janela do banheiro nao esta fechando direito, falaram qu iria verificar e qualquer coisa trocaria de quarto, nao arrumaram a janela e nem trocaram de quarto, dias de frio e foi muito inconveniente. tambem o interfone nao estava funcionando e tambem foi avisado. e a limpeza do quarto, tiravam o lixo do banheiro apenas. nao posso dizer se esse é o que deveria ser feito, mas com isso acumulou sujeira no chao do banheiro e quarto, tornando bem desagradável a estadia

os pontos positivos, fica no centro, camas confortáveis e precisei de um travesseiro extra e arrumaram um rapidinho. negativo eu tinha escolhido a rede do mercado e me mandaram pra outro, quarto e banheiro razoavelmente limpos porem o banheiro da recepção tava bem complicado de usar, um dos atendentes foi bem desagradável café da manhã com poucas opções, foto é uma coisa e no local outra.

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Quarto duplo com duas camas de solteiro, onde nas laterais entre a cama e parede tinha muita sujeira. Além do banheiro que estava feio, com box aparentando sujeira, porta do box emperrava para fechar. Na primeira noite de três, chuveiro não esquentou. Toalhas bem velhas. Assento do vaso sanitário velho e rachado. Café da manhã foi bom e a localização é boa.

Para passar uma noite, até que dá, pois o chuveiro não esquentou e a noite estava fria, tv não tinha controle, os forros de cama, toalhas estavam limpos, mas o chão do quarto e do banheiro muito sujo, o café da manhã estava bom.
