The property is in need of renovation. There is mold on the windows, the bed Is very uncomfortable the carpets in the hallways are dirty the rooms are old and not nice. I would not recommend this place.

The room it’s nothing like it shows in the photos. Not clean, very bad mattress, old towels, horrible breakfast. The lobby had strong smell coming from sewer... after comment with front desk, the person told she couldn’t smell anything wrong... On my second day, I left early, came back after 3pm and the room was still not clean, bed still messy and not clean towels... very dissatisfying

Hotel muito antigo , móveis caindo aos pedaços , lâmpadas queimadas e pasmem não havia toalhas no quarto e nem no hotel , tive que esperar um dia pra trazerem as toalhas , pessoal do atendimento bacana , mas acho que não podem fazer nada nesses casos

Achei o lugar diferente do que o sait mostrou, estava sujo, pintura feia, baratas no banheiro pela noite, recepcionista não tinham informações sobre restaurantes e lugares turísticos o café só tinha uma pessoa para repor alimentos , limpar as mesas repor talheres , em fim no fiquei feliz.

Eu sou cliente da Rede Andrade e nesse hotel me hospedei mais de uma vez, pela 1@ vez tive problema com a atendente no check in, havia feito uma reserva e não conseguia acessar o aplicativo para confirmar que seria quarto de casal, inflexível.Eu disse que poderia pagar a diferença, mas ele alegava não ter disponível casal, salvo se eu mostrasse o aplicativo.Tive que fazer uma outra reserva , ou seja, pagar 2,quartos, para poder acessar o quarto de casal.Até então não entendia as críticas ao atendimento pois nunca tinha tudo problemas, em suma, nunca mais me hospedo lá.

Hotel simples, mas com bom custo benefício. A cama era razoável um dos lados do colchão era mais baixo. Apareceu uma barata viva no banheiro. O café da manhã atende as necessidades. O estacionamento é terceirizado com um custo adicional de R$30.
