Great service at a comfortable and well-kept hotel. Only issue was that a food and drink credit was supposed to be part of the reservation, but that was not provided. Discrepancy between listing on Hotels.com and the actual offerings by the hotel seem to be a problem.

We stayed at the Mistico San Blas twice - both before and after our Machu Picchu trek and we absolutely loved it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, great breakfast and super comfortable rooms. We highly recommend this spot!! We loved the San Blas neighborhood as well with its narrow streets and artsy vibe.

It was a great property and the staff was super friendly. It’s nice and quiet but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and hot water was working. They have hot tea options in the courtyard and the daily morning breakfast had decent options. Overall, a good experience!

One of the best places we stayed at during our trip to peru. the friendliest staff. we felt like we had friends there and not hotel staff. the rooms are very clean and very comfortable (size and amenities) the location is great. close to everything but not on a major road.

Staff was excellent, great!! Helpful with where to eat, visit etc. great location too. Dislike, you can hear the next door people. But its such a clean, beautiful place that we didnt mind it to much. At night was queit which was most important.

One of the best places i ever stayed at
the room was beautiful and the service amazing. very friendly and helpful. extremely clean and picturesque hotel from all angles . i enjoyed the lobby as well as the room. and they even offered to keep our large bags for us while we visit matchupitchu for a couple days.

Charged $25 for a lost key card which was left at a restaurant. Have never had a charge associated with a lost key card and this was not explained at check-in.

It’s 12-20 minutes to Cusco Plaza De Amar, and located on the hill away from busy street. Receptionists are always very helpful.
