Very rude receptionist on the arival!!! I arrived 8pm after hiking and didnt have much luggage. He kept asking me why i dont have a luggage though i explained to him why. It shouldn't be his business! Room was big. Huge bathroom. Nice breakfast. Completely different receptionist in the morning, si helpful.

Staff was extremely accommodating, food was good and they upgraded me over a very minor inconvenience. The area is nice, the market is close with excellent food options and good prices. The main aware is a 40min walk and then you can go back to the quiet hotel area. Prices are also really worth it. Thank you!

The property was OK, but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness really made up for any shortcomings. If you're looking for a simple place to spend hte night, I'd recommend it. For a longer stay and you'd like more amenities and ho water on demand, I would not.

Property overall was kept clean. A bit noisy in the sense you could hear some neighbors talking. A good place to just crash and have a good enough sleep to recover and move on. The staff was friendly.

Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel value, the service was excellent and location was safe and quiet. We had exceptional customer service from Herson, whom went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pictures on the website were not all accurate but we were happy with our stay.
